  • Lovely small apartment with everything we needed. Nice quiet location with short walking distance to stores and beach. Enjoyed the use of bicycles provided by Cathy. Unable to use exercise equipment and pool temperature too warm at 95. Kitchen & bathroom need a little updating.

  • The little apartment over the garage looked exactly like the pics. Wifi was a bit erratic but the issues were resolved quickly. It's in a great area where you could walk or ride a bike to the beach.

  • Cathy's place in Gulfport, FL is the place to stay while visiting this beautiful and comfortable town as well as being a great place to go for day trips to the surrounding area (e.g., St. Pete, Clearwater, and Sarasota. Cathy's place just feels good and is a nice haven to return to after exploring Gulfport and other places nearby. Cathy's place is well worth checking out and once you've stayed there, any return trips to Gulfport will include a stay at Cathy's place.

  • Serendipity house is a great place to stay if visiting the St Pete/Tampa area. Although it is located in a quiet neighborhood, there (email hidden)ly little waterfront area within walking distance that Is a lot of fun. OR you can make the short drive to downtown St Pete or the beautiful beaches nearby. We loved the fact that Cathy had bicycles for us to use. It is an easy 4 mile ride to St Pete Beach.
If you like to cook like we do, the kitchen is fully equipped with most everything you need. Otherwise, there are several places to eat within walking distance. There is also a multitude of restaurants in Downtown St Pete or on the beaches.
Cathy was a great hostess and provided lots of breakfast goodies! I highly recommend Serendipity House.
    Thank you, Cathy!
