Walking, driving, or riding you are mere seconds or minutes away from world class museums, restaurants, bars, galleries, hospitals, boutiques, markets, music, and more. Within a few seconds walk you can shop, dine, relax, caffeinate, and contemplate. Close access to highways for more extensive roving. Upon return from excursions, the space is off the main street and is a quiet, cool sanctuary.

The space
This is a vibrant space in the center of Tremont. Decorated with Mid Century Modern furniture. Stainless steel appliances and counter top. Private deck in a landscaped yard. Great neighbors in the building and about the entire area!

Guest access
The back deck is exclusively for this unit, and provides cover during rain, and both a small dining table and bar area to either work or play. The rest of the yard is for common use, but is rarely occupied.

There are great businesses scattered throughout the neighborhood, Professor is the main drag, but unique shops, galleries and bars abound on the side streets.

Chris and I are both deeply dedicated to Cleveland at large; the near west side neighborhoods in particular. We have both managed and bar tended at restaurants throughout Tremont, Ohio City and Gordon Square. We own and have renovated properties in each of these neighborhoods as well! Chris currently is a designer and contractor, I still bar tend and design jewelry. We travel when time allows, having most recently visited Australia, New Zealand, the Pacific Northwest and Toronto. As much as we love to travel though, we are equally happy here in Cleveland. There is a plethora of things to see and do here for a diversity of tastes. We hope you experience the best of what our truly awesome region offers!
