Private suite on a little hobby farm overlooking the pasture where one horse, 2 miniature goats and 9 Bantam chickens live happily. This little haven is the perfect place to relax and reenergize! Located only a three minute drive from down town Sooke its just far enough away to enjoy the quiet country life yet have access to all that the Sooke area has to offer. See you soon!

The space
Quiet rural peaceful and undemanding! We want you to completely relax! One thing to note is that the ceiling in the living room and bedroom is 6'7" ... fairly typical for basements in the 70's. The rest of the suite is an addition so normal height ... this is an above ground suite ... so lots of light etc. BONUS!! Guests of Farm View have their own little private fenced yard so dog owners, your buddy doesn't have to be on leash unless you leave your private area. Guests love this feature! The listing is non smoking but guests can feel free to smoke outside with attention and respect to others guests. Thank you!

Quiet neighbourhood with 2 acre properties so lots of space and privacy. There are a couple of other people living here as well as myself. There is a private studio on the property which my son lives in. If you see additional cars parked and living spaces this is to explain any questions you have. We all respect each others privacy and live here quietly and happily.
