I try to welcome all my guests. I am available for any questions and for all inquiries. When I can not because I'm busy with the kids or are not in the city helps me Patricia who lives nearby and is concerned to provide the keys and all the information necessary for getting around town. I do not live in the building but for any emergency run!
This neighborhood is nice because is lively and ever changing . In recent years there has been much transformed , leaving room for the creativity of architects and an interesting phenomenon of recovery of industrial buildings. I love to go to Eataly , a large store dedicated to the excellence of Italian food , made from the restoration of an old train . Here you can eat at one of the many restaurants or buy anything .. only Italian ! I also like to go to the MACRO , Museum of Contemporary Art was born from the renovation of an old slaughterhouse. On Sunday , however, is special, there is Portaportese . A few steps and you enter into the oldest and largest market in Rome. My advice is to wake up early to shoot calmly, without the crowds and find the best bargains . And then a walk down to the center on the bank of the river and enjoying the peace with the first lights of the sunset and the view looking with the nose . And then for an escape from everything and everyone you need to climb on the Aventine Hill , sit in the Orange Garden and relax before looking out from the terrace from which to watch Rome.

Loved our stay in the industrial area of Trastevere. Being situated out of the 'touristy' area of Trastevere gave us a more authentic Rome experience, and allowed us to drink fabulous espresso and eat delicious food more affordably within a block or two. We did many a hike to the historical centre but were always pleased to return to our apartment. Passing trains could be pretty noisy, but keeping windows closed at night and using aircon instead was fine. Antonella's apartment, although small, is sunny and comfortable and really well designed with excellent storage areas.

Consigliatissimo!
The apartment was exactly as described. Clean, comfortable and convenient. Antonella is a lovely lady who went out of her way to ensure that our time in Rome was hassle-free and enjoyable. I thoroughly recommend Antonella and her apartment.
