Our Basement Suite has 2 bedrooms, a large living area (1200 sq. feet) and private guest access. Located less than 2 miles from Old Town Ft. Collins, a casual cruiser bike ride will bring you to shopping, fine restaurants, and craft breweries. Property owners live upstairs. We are a licensed short term rental (STR) with the City of Fort Collins.

Bikes. We are passionate about cycling. We have bikes that can be used by guests to explore Old Town.
Bed. Comfortable rooms with a living area to spread out. We live in a town where craft beer is a part of our culture.

Sleeps 1-5 guests have 3/4 bath (stand up shower), + another powder room with washer & dryer access and amenities like a 5-star hotel.
Rate includes 4 bicycles with locks, helmets and bike lights, high-speed wireless internet, Apple TV. We have a tandem bike too if you want to ride it. There is a bar fridge with a 6-pack of beer for you to enjoy, coffee maker and coffee and cream and tea, a toaster and utensils, plates for your use. We do not have a full kitchen. There is no bar sink in the area. The sink is in the bathroom. Winter months- the beds have heated mattress pads for added comfort. Summer cooling with ACThere is a new HVAC for the whole house that was installed in Spring 2019. The basement suite is pretty cool temperature in the summer months. Other new updates include windows and queen beds for your comfort.

Due to the COVID 19 pandemic we are unable to take back to back reservations in order to allow a 48 hour period for cleaning, sanitization, and airing out of the space. The suite is professionally cleaned and sanitized with extra cleaning products for you during your stay. Thanks, be safe and be well!

Guests have complete privacy and full access to this basement suite including free parking, four bicycles, WiFi, and laundry. There is a separate keyless entrance to the home. We do live upstairs and have limited interaction with our guests. There is no full kitchen.

Our Basement Suite has a large bar fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave only. We do not have a full kitchen. The set up is very similar to a hotel suite. An updated HVAC system was installed in Spring 2019. Updated bathroom. Plus we have heated mattress pads for the winter months.

Neighborhood highlights

We are in “University Acres”. The name is appropriate as we are 1 mile east of CSU campus. The residential streets are filled with family friendly homes. You will find kids playing in the streets and neighbors walking their dogs and they always wave to say hello. We are across from Poudre Valley Hospital too. You will hear sirens and the helicopter landing. There is some noise from the hospital. Want to buy some snacks or groceries: you can walk to Safeway or pick up a last minute prescription at Walgreens.
If you need a workout, you can walk to the Fort Collins Club or use the bikes to jump on the Spring Creek Trail. Visit one of the (22) micro-breweries in town or check out our fine restaurants and head to a farm to table restaurant for an unforgettable meal.
We are located close to a city bus stop and there is a bike trail system at the end of my street that can link you to the entire city. I have four bikes (nothing fancy) available for you to use or you can check out a bike from the bike share called PACE

Old Town is a perfect bike ride away-- plenty of restaurants, bars, stores to explore. It is about 2 miles to Old Town via bike trail.
We always ride bikes to town to visit the breweries or just have dinner. CSU is 1 mile away and have access to the CSU gardens. There are a few great restaurants that are in biking/ walking distance of the B-Suite.
