I have private bedroom with mini fridge and patio available to rent out for $38.00/night and $10.00/night/additional guest. There is a $20.00 cleaning fee. FREE WIFI. I will lend you house and bedroom keys.
The room has a queen bed with fresh comforter, sheets, and towels.
Also, there are coin operated washing machine and dryer for your use.
The house is a boarding house, shabby-chic that is conveniently located near the Mission, Excelsior, and Glen Park districts—all within walking distance. It is very close to transportation, freeways and major thoroughfares. Savor the ethnic vibrancy of this off the beaten path of San Francisco.
Walk 1.5 blocks to buy Asian fruits and vegetables from the corner Asian Market. Across the freeway, walk to Farmer’s Market on weekends. Take 14 Mission bus towards Daly City where you will find Filipino, Chinese, Latin, German restaurants and a hamburger joint in the same neighborhood.
Venture further away from the house and walk 2 blocks to take 14 Mission, a bus line that travels from one end of the City that borders Daly City to Embarcadero which is the heart of downtown San Francisco. Take the adventurous ride on this famous bus line and visit various S.F. districts en route. Or, walk four blocks to Glen Park Bart station and take the Bart lines that travel to SF International airport and within San Francisco as well as various Bay Area cities, locations and destinations.

Overall, does the trick for people new to SF and looking (email hidden), or those staying for 6 months or so. Lots of international students to meet.
The wifi was under strain with a relatively high number of people in the house, and it often did not work.
Maria (email hidden) and very accommodating to my needs. The room I stayed in had everything I needed for my short stay.
Maria is a very nice person to talk with (email hidden)! She addressed any concerns I had and made my stay enjoyable. There are plenty of transportation options within 15-20 mins walking distance that get you anywhere in sf. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.
Maria is a very nice host. It was my second time I stayed in one of her places. I totally refer this place to people who want to spend great time in San Francisco. The place is clean, calm, and the discussions with Maria are always entertaining. You will not be far away from the BART station, neither to downtown SF.
I'll certainly be back...
We stayed here for more than two weeks, its pretty good and peaceful. Maria is very friendly host and can be reached as soon as possible if any issues. We even stayed at her other house which is also very good. Knowing her host services, we preferred to choose her place again. Also its 10-15 mins away from many places of SF. I would prefer this place if I visit again.
Maria (email hidden)e other people staying at the house were a lovely bunch. Great budget option.
I am satisfied with the service that Maria provided for. She responded my emails and questions quickly and in time. She did what she promised to do. Definitely she is trustful and helpful.
After growing increasingly bored with my hometown of Pasadena TX, and wanting something more fast paced and exciting, i made a literally 4hr decision to load up my truck and move to san Francisco. It was the manifest destiny of brandon barrett lol. I hadn't the slightest clue where i was going to stay or what i was going to do for money. All i knew is i was willing to sleep in my truck until i found a job, if thats what it took to live in the greatest city in the world.. so be it. Lucky for me i found maria's on airbnb and that never ended up being an issue. after cruising Airbnb and many other sites i stumbled upon the trumbull house. I said to myself "no way is this place is so affordable and doesn't have something really wrong, there has to be a wall missing or a half of a roof or someting" ha..but i decided to pay for a few days and find out what the deli-o was. I am now writing this review 4 months later from marias house and i couldn't be happier! i work a great job right down mission st(that i got from a contact staying in the house), I have made lifelong friends from all walks of life and even countries! I have learned many interesting things about their cultures, as they are always interested to know more about the american culture as well. If you stay long enough It even gets to the point where you are sad to see people go. Maria throws parties for both houses each month, where people from both houses get together and discuss the city, give out tips about jobs, where to find things cheap, what is close by. Long fun story short..If you are looking to move to SF and make friends and memories that will last forever, o even just experience the beautiful cultural melting pot that is S.F. for a few days, marias is the place to do so. 5 stars for clean, comfortable living and memories that will never fade.
