Cosy and spacious appartment in central and cultural part of Copenhagen. Close to public transportation and shopping this apartment will be the perfect base for families as well as friends visiting our Danish Capital.
This apartment is situated in charming and quite Frederiksberg that offers a comfortable atmosphere and nice architecture. Within a 10 min. walk you will find yourself in the cultural, busy and urban heart of Noerrebro.
Living here you get to spend your vacation in an authentic student apartment, where great secondhand items are combined with old fashioned danish design and Swedens Ikea!
If you travel four people the apartment will fit you well. Nevertheless, the fourth guest will be sleeping on a mattress - but a comfortable one!
You have the full acces to the entire apartment.
Interaction with Guests
Your contactperson will be me, my boyfriend Alexander or our good friends, Mia and Kristian. One of us will be available at all times.
On the one side, the building is situated near a big and busy street that parts Noerrebro and Frederiksberg. However, the windows are isolated, so you will not be bothered by noise. On the other side there is an area with villas, where you can go for a long walk and look at old Frederiksberg architcture.
A 5 minutes walk from here is the Nørrebro Park, the red square (designed by BIG architects) and the Assistens Cemetery, where H.C. Andersens is buried and people tan in the sun and barbeque all summer.
If you like shopping, the Frederiksberg Shopping Mall is situated 15 minutes walk away. This is also very close to the Zoo and Frederiksberg garden (you can see the elephants from the beautiful garden without entrance to the zoo.)
Walking 10 min. in the opposite direction will get you to Jaegersborggade in Noerrebro - a very popular street with nice restaurants, art, secondhand shops and typical, danish cafes.
The bus from the Central Train Station stops right beside the apartment. If you need to catch a Metro from the Airport, Frederiksberg station is a short 15 minutes walk away.
Parking is not included, but you can buy a full day parking ticket at the 7-eleven about 5 minutes walk away.
Other Things to Note
Linen for the beds and towels for showering are not included, so you should bring your own linen as well as your own towels.
We have two available duvettes and four pillows, so if more than 2 people are staying at the same time, you will need to bring sleeping bags.
We kindly ask our guests to turn down the soundlevel at 9 pm during the week and 11 pm in the weekend - and of course, respect our neighbors.
I live in Frederiksberg with my boyfriend Alexander. I'm a Masters student in Communication at the Aalborg University, Copenhagen. I moved to Copenhagen from Aarhus, Jutland 4,5 years ago to study Nutrition and Health. I love going City Harvesting and to go on Flea Markets on weekends. In my spare time I'm a student assistant in the HR apartment of a large company just outside Copenhagen. Alexanders is a student at DTU, where he studies Energy Engineering. He loves to go Harpoon fishing and to go to Jutland to do some farming.
We love going on backpacker vacations and to stay at local places, cause we think it gives us a more authentic experience and the opportunity to get insider tips for sightseeing. More over my boyfriend and appreciate a home cooked meal and having some vine with good friends.
