Apartment is in Vancouver's richly diverse West End neighbourhood that epitomizes the city's entire downtown core. It is family-oriented and gay-friendly, ultra-urban and tree-lined traditional, a beach town and a downtown combined.
The West End is Downtown Vancouver's access point to Stanley Park, encompasses some of the city's busiest and best beaches, and is home to Robson Street, the most famous shopping street in Vancouver. Its streets host the Vancouver Pride Parade and the Vancouver Sun Run. Its beaches are the most popular spots for watching the annual Celebration of Light Fireworks Competition.
Major bus routes stop nearby and the SkyTrain and SeaBus are just a few blocks away.
The best way to get around! There are dozens of bike rental shops within a 5 block radius of the building.
If you're a member of a car share service, you can find one of Modo, Zipcar and car2go vehicles by the building.
If you brought your own vehicle, there are secure parking services available close by for a fee.

1. CONCIERGE: I am providing concierge service during your stay - please do not contact the building’s concierge directly - they will NOT provide you any service.
2. PETS: Pets are NOT allowed to stay or to visit the property - you will benefit from a clean and healthy environment, thanks to this rule.
3. ENTRY KEYS/FOBS: There is a $100 charge for each set of entry fob and/or key that is lost.
4. LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS: I can NOT be held responsible for lost or stolen items during the guests' stay - please do Not keep valuables in the suite or in your vehicle at any time.
5. PERSONAL INJURIES: The guests are responsible for their own injuries and/or their properties during their stay.
6. NOISE LEVEL: Excessive noise causing disturbances to neighbouring suites is Not permitted, especially between the hours of 10pm to 8am daily. In the case of a noise complaint, guests may be subject to a fine according to the building regulations.
7. DAMAGE: The guests are fully responsible for any damage made to the apartment during their stay.
8. NO SMOKING: By law, smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Guests are subject to fine according to the building regulations.
9. CLEANING: All guests are responsible for collecting their own garbage before their departure. Garbage containers are located in the parkade on main floor - you can reach there through lobby.
Probably some of the most fabulous views in Vancouver; over English Bay and Stanley Park. Adjacent to Denman St. and all the West End restaurants activity. Across the street from the beach. A comfortable small 1 bedroom perfect for a couple. Wi-Fi great reception. Clean and well appointed. Serdar is friendly w/o hovering; books you in, answers questions, and leaves you his cell phone number. The Espana restaurant two blocks away s innovative, delicious, and two starts inexpensive. The Chinese Aberdeen mall in Richmond is amazing, with a great dim sum restaurant (go early).
Serdar was a great host. Easy and prompt communication, reliable.
The apartment is at a prime location, very quick to get to everything, from beach to downtown with good food. The house might look very plain from the outside -a high rise from the 60s/70s (?), the apartment is very nice, functional and comfy. The views are indeed stunning, especially for sunset. The place is really quiet despite its central location. The description is accurate.

Second time staying here. Great experience. Serdar is the perfect host. He met us at the apartment showed us around and then left the keys with us. We needed to leave leave our bags to lately afternoon on the day we checked out and he was more than accommodating. The apartment is beautiful the views are stunning perfect for three people. we will definitely be coming back

The apartment is directly located at the beautiful English Bay and situated in the town centre- so everything was in close vicinity to us! The view from the apartment is simply stunning-we enjoyed several beautiful sunsets! The apartment is well equipped, neat and tidy.
Serdar is a very friendly and helpful host who is reachable at any time if there are questions.

Serdar gave us the tour, went over the rules of the house, and left us to our weekend in his 24th story apartment. Sweet and succinct. The view is amazing. I woke up one day to eagles soaring right outside my window. Serdar has a great entertainment system with Chromecast. I would stay with him again.
Serdar met us at the apartment and went over everything with us. He was very helpful and headed out pretty quickly so we could begin our stay. The apartment is exactly as advertised.
The views of English Bay and Stanley Park are amazing. The apartment is clean with everything you need.
The location is amazing with the whole West End within walking distance as well as the beach right out your door. Rent bikes one block away and you're ready to explore Stanley Park or the city.
An excellent trip to Vancouver! Serdar was easy to contact and the apartment was perfect for a couple spending a few days in the city. It's steps away from Stanley Park and great restaurants along Denman Street. Really can't be beat!
