Steps from the beach! Cheerful & bright! Ocean views from deck, living/dining areas & BR. Sip your coffee serenaded by waves and gulls. View fireworks from hotel sundeck (also great for crab feasts). Elevator, heated indoor pool, game room, covered parking +. Linens provided, just bring beach towels! Sleeps 6. BR 2 queens w/ thick mem-foam, mattresses. LR has queen mem-foam sleep sofa as well as additional sofa. Keurig, cooktop, microwave, toaster oven, washer/dry. Ocean views throughout.

The space
Minimum 3 night stay. PRIMARY RENTER- MINIMUM AGE IS 25. No UNACCOMPANIED PATRONS UNDER 21 . Primary renter must be staying in the unit for the entirety. ALL guests MUST be registered with hotel management. Sleeps up to four adults comfortably + two children. No smoking or vaping allowed in hotel. This includes decks. This is a family friendly hotel. Enjoy but please be gracious and genteel. Parties, events and disturbing the neighbors is prohibited. No pets, including comfort animals allowed.

Other things to note
Unit is, top-floor, end with long ocean view from deck, living room as well as bedroom. Two tv's. The kitchen is well equipped to include general spices, plastic wrap utensil's, blender etc.. We are an elevator bldg w/ both covered and street parking. On site hotel manager during regular business hours and 24 hour emergency call

About us. We are water people and have been active in Ocean City for many years. We walked these beaches with our son as a child and many beloved dogs over the years.
