Michael's apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. It had everything I needed and worked out perfectly for my time in Tucson for the birth of my grandson. It was 0.8 miles from my daughter's apartment so I could easily walk there, but it was helpful to have a car to shop and visit other parts of town. Josue was very helpful and attentive. Thank you for letting me stay Here.
A wonderful stay, and was completely as advertised. Very clean. Michael called during the stay to see how everything was going - much appreciated!
This was our first Air BnB experience and from start to finish it was a pleasure. The apartment had everything we needed, was beautifully decorated, and was absolutely immaculate. Top notch all the way!
We enjoyed our five nights in Tucson and Michael's apartment is very comfortable, clean and well equipped.
It is well located and close to everything we wanted to do. Michael responded promptly and to our satisfaction to
a few small housekeeping matters we brought to his attention. We look forward to staying there again.
we didn't see host. we had to call him in california to complain about thing. the manager tried to help but had to get the ok. we had trouble with roaches and bugs. they ended up spraying three or four times. we also bought some bug spray. we had to request a chair for living area, because their was only the sofa and it was not comfortable. we also needed more dishes, silverware, skillets, towels, lamp in living room and dish cloths. there wasn't anything to clean with. we had to buy things such as rugs and etc. the place had been staged years ago but hadn't been kept up. we paid s cleaning fee but we tried to clean but didn't ever get the floor clean in two months.
Dear Marilyn and Duane,
I am truly sorry and ashamed for failing to meet and exceed your expectations. As an active Airbnb host (and guest!) for 3+ years, this is the first negative review I have ever received and I want you to know that I take your input very seriously.
I really appreciated that you expressed your concerns directly to me when you first arrived and I tried really hard to immediately address every item: I purchased a lounge chair for the living room, installed a 2nd cable TV hookup in the bedroom and upgraded the unit with brand new ceramic pots/pans, chef’s knives, silverware, glassware, non-stick bakeware and all-natural cleaning supplies. I haven’t had any reports of insects prior to or since your stay but I continue to have a professional pest control company come on a monthly basis as a precaution.
When your husband, Duane, and I spoke, he expressed gratitude and satisfaction for my rapid actions so I thought that you were having a great time. I apologize for my misunderstanding and I clearly should have done a better job re-confirming that your concerns were resolved.
I am sorry that I was not available to meet you in person—I travel between California and Arizona regularly and stay in your unit myself so I am by no means an absentee host. Of course, as you know, my colleague Josue works full time next door and is always available 24/7. Together, we strive to make every guest feel welcome, relaxed and extra happy.
Thank you for your direct and open feedback. “Good enough” is not good enough for me—I will continue to work every day to improve and provide my guests with a superior and personalized experience.
With sincere and humble apologies, Michael
What a lovely place! Stayed here for more than two weeks during a cross-country move and house renovation, and really couldn't have wished for more. Great location, clean, quiet and restful, lovely people in the apt. complex (from all over the world), and manager Josue was helpful, on the ball, and truly hospitable. Great pool just outside, and it was a joy to wake in the morning, peek through the blinds, and see the mountains in the distance. Highly recommended.
I rented this apartment for a week in mid-August. Josue, the property manager, was friendly, responsive, and helpful. The unit was comfortable and the general property was clean and quiet.
