Two bedrooms and one living room ground floor apartment (80m2) with a covered terrace (16m2) and a nice fenced green garden in a sought after Nissi-3 complex with a swimming pool. Separate, private entrance to the apartment.

The kitchen is open to the spacious living room and is equipped for self-catering, incl. kettle, oven, microwave, large refrigerator and a washing machine. The living room features a comfortable fold-out sofa and a large TV.

Nissi beach is a 7-10 minute walk away.

The space
Main bedroom has a queen-bed, another bedroom has a single bed and a sofa. Living rooms has the sofa.

One cot (babybed) in the main bedroom.

Air conditioning is in every room.

WiFi is available.

TV is connected to google chromecast adapter, allowing you to watch your streaming services on the TV.

The complex is away from noisy establishments, yet very close to all the necessary amenities. Shops, restaurants, and a well-equipped sandy beach are within walking distance.

Other things to note
Electricity is included at a rate of 105 kWh per week (15 kWh per day); any excess is charged at a rate of €0.50/kWh, as per the meter reading.

A deposit of €150 (€200 for stays longer than 10 days) is required on the day of arrival (or the following day for late arrivals) to cover any damage to property or excess electricity consumption. This deposit may be higher for stays longer than 14 days. The deposit is returned on the day of departure after acceptance of the apartment by the manager.

The apartment is delivered ready for use, with clean bedding and a full cleaning. Upon departure, the apartment must be left in a tidy, undamaged, and trash-free condition.
Washing machine, vacuum cleaner and iron are available.

We do not accept reservations for hen, stag or similar parties.

Please note that the swimming pool is not supervised by lifeguards.

Quiet hours: 23.00 - 9.00.

Night swimming in the swimming pool is not allowed.
