This place is amazing, so close to the Forum. You are right in the center of everything. It is also a pretty big space. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

Ray was very hospitable, was easy to work with and provided small extras such as snacks/drinks that made us feel right at home. The location of the apartment cannot be beat, it was steps from the Augustus Forum and most of the major sites in Rome were in walking distance as well. It is a short taxi ride from the central train station. The building is ~200 years old, abd has a rustic charm. I would recommend staying here!

One of my best experiences with Airbnb website. I wish there was more than 5 stars to rate the location. Literally 5 minutes walking to 3000-year-old historical architecture. Ray and Leila were so nice. The place was lovely. We had all the breakfasts at the place and their kitchen was full of stuff for breakfast and Ray let us use everything. Overall, I recommend this place 100% if you wanna discover amazing Rome.

I loved Ray and Leila's place. The location was awesome--steps away from the Roman Forum and San Pietro in Vincoli. The street was small and quiet yet close to the metro stop, with a lot of things to see locally--restaurants, shops, etc. I never felt unsafe while walking home. My only warning for visitors to Ray and Leila's is to be aware that the bathroom is extremely small. The shower, in fact, is so small that I had to step out to lather myself. Also, the position of the toilet makes it difficult for a big guy like me to use. Otherwise, no complaints about the apartment or of Ray and Leila. They were extremely helpful in arranging check-in/check-out, offering information for visitors, arranging taxis, and they even stocked some of the cabinets and refrigerator with some light food to help make the first day a little easier. They always responded quickly to any questions from me. Thank you Ray and Leila for a very nice stay.

The apartment is really close to the Coliseum and Forum. Also Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps are within walking distance. Ray is very kind and he helps me with the reservation of Borghese Gallery. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Wonderful stay!

Ray and Leila's place was a in a great location. It was within walking distance from all the major attractions. It was less than a 10 minute walk to the colosseum. The pictures depicted the apartment appropriately. It was well stocked with convenient items. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Communication through messaging was great. They were prompt in answering our questions and provided clear Instructions. Ray was very helpful in organizing a taxi to the airport when it was time for us to leave. The value for the apartment was good. We would recommend staying here. The only negative is it was very hot in June. The apartment did not have air conditioner, but was equipped with several fans which made the heat more manageable. Without the fans, it would not have been uncomfortable to sleep.
