Paola's appartment is very nice, clean and with all amenities. Located in a street with very nice and down-to-earth Restaurants - do follow her recommendations. Anytime again with pleasure!
Me and my girlfriend spent in this appartment 4 pleasant days. We loved the location, so many cute little places to eat. Paola left tons of useful information.
Def place to stay, if you are looking for smth quiter than overpriced downtown.
We have stayed in Paola’s apartment for a week – two adults and two children (5 months and 4 years). The apartment was very comfortable, spacious and clean. It is not in the city center nor close to the most of the tourist attractions, but with many good connections by public transport. It was possible to take baby strollers in busses and trams (we used a lot tram nr 19). No need to buy any tickets before getting to the apartment (as it was mentioned in one of the earlier reviews) as they can be bought in any Tabacchi shop – there are at least 2 just one or two blocks from the apartment. Great places to eat nearby like Il Padisto (great pizza ever! ), SAID, etc. Many groceries, supermarkets, etc.
Just note for families with children – great city to travel with small children (even though there are no elevators in metro or other places where they are needed)! Children are well welcomed in many restaurants and pizzerias - we always had a stroller with us (and once even two! :)) and always were welcomed.
Paola arranged transport from and to the airport, met us in the apartment at our arrival. She is kind and was very helpful during our stay in Rome. Thank you, Paola
Great apartment, great location! Paola is fantastic, friendly and efficient. Highly recommend staying in this apartment. Grazie mille Paola!
Very good appartment near Termini station. Well equipped and spacious. Thank you Paola.
Everything was just as expected.
Paola was very helpful, the flat is nice and comfortable, the neighbourhood of San Lorenzo absolutely charming.
I recommend it.
Nice and quite flat, great area, very close to the railway stantion. Perfect if you want to live a real roman atmosphere. Paola has been always reliable for any knid of communication.
On the top of that, just opposite the flat there is a great place to have breakfast or lunch. The place is Said, don't forget to go and visit this chocolate factory.
Thanks Paola for the wonderful stay!
Paolo was a great host, very responsive and helpful through out the process. Bus guides, list of recommended restaurants and airport taxi's were all part of the wonderful service!
The apartment is exactly as it appears in the pictures and was nice oasis to return to after a long day of sightseeing. It is conveniently located near Termini Station (about 10-15 mins walking) and in a great non-touristy area. Restaurants in the area are the best in Rome and just 1-2 blocks from the apartment - Pastificio, Tram Tram, Pommidori, Said. Cappuccinos at the bar/tabacchi's in the area are fantastic and under 1 euro!
Beautiful and quiet apartment. A busstop in front of the building and the train/metro station (email hidden)olo was a great host, see replied quickly on our mails. Everything was very clean when we arrived. There was coffee and tea available.
In the neighbourhood there are several supermarkets and nice (not expensive) restaurants.
We can certainly recommend this place as a real home in this beautiful town.
We had a very good experience. The apartment is spacious, neat and quiet. Paola waited for us in the apartment and everything went smoothly. The walk to Termini and the historic centre was a bit longer than expected, and public transport in Rome is what it is.. The video collection is awesome!
