Looking for a place to stay in Charlotte, NC?! This rental property is central to high-demand locations such as CLT airport, uptown, Carowinds, as well as great food, and tons of fun. This listing provides a private room with access to a shared lounge that has a pull out couch. We even have an  8ft movie screen for the movie professional netflixer! The space
All images in this listing are accessible to guests on the top level of the condo. Our guests can rest assured knowing that sanitation and cleanliness are one of our top priorities. We clean before and after every reservation. 

This bedroom offers a full-size bed and mirror with nice closet space. Included is a shared game room/lounge area where you can watch TV on the 8 ft projector while heating up food in the microwave or storing cold beverages in the mini fridge. There is also a pull out couch for an extra bed.

In addition, hallways are narrow in conjunction with other shared spaces.

Guest access
Guests have access to the upper level this includes: 1 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 lounge area (with pullout sofa). We hope you take full advantage of all of our amenities. We have a HD 8 ft projector and board games, don't forget to enjoy complimentary drinks in the mini bar. Though the kitchen is not accessible during this time, we know that you will find the upstairs lounge fully satisfying with its mini fridge and microwave. 

Personal urber services upon request.

During your stay
Guests have access to the top floor; includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 lounge area. Enjoy the HD 8 ft projector, play board games and help yourself to complimentary drinks in the mini bar. The lower level kitchen and living room common areas) are not accessible to guests due to covid-19 safety procedures. but surely the guest lounge is fully satisfying.

Other things to note
Parking is free but limited, carpooling is suggested.

Camera surveillance is located in the upstairs/downstairs common area for safetyof non accessible rooms.

You may be subject to sharing the restroom and lounge area during high demand periods.

Please remember this is a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, I'll do my best to take action ASAP when notified.
