Yurt

King sized bed. Futon couch for additional sleeping. Table with 4 chairs. Coffee/tea bar. Sink has gravity-fed water for hand-washing, and other non-drinking water uses. A/C and heat. Plenty of electric outlets.

Pavilion

Refrigerator, Nuwave induction cooktop, microwave, micro-convection oven, 30amp electric hookup for RVs. Hammocks for pavilion sleeping are available.

Bathhouse

Includes vanity for hand-washing, composting toilet (no paper in toilet) and gravity fed rain-water shower.

Adjacent RV Camper is listed separately, but camper guests do not have access to pavilion, yurt or bathhouse.

Water shoes recommended if you plan to play in the stream.

Other things to note
Water in Yurt and Pavilion are gravity fed from external tank. At this time, they are not high-flow faucets, so expect low water pressure. The bathhouse has an electric pump that you must turn on via power-strip switch above toilet. That will turn on the hot-water automatically.

All animals are under yearly vet care and up to date on shots. At any given time, some may be off limits for treatments, injury, etc.

We maintain honeybee hives onsite and encourage wildflower and other pollinators around the property. Be aware of hives when walking around. Also, we usually leave the grass to grow high around the property in order to mow for hay.

All bookings automatically agree to our COVID-19 Liability Agreement, available by request.

Camper guests do not share access to Yurt/pavilion/bathhouse. Camper is self-contained. At times, there may be Camper guests at the same time, however, there is space for privacy and distancing.

Husband, father, hobby farmer. My wife and I bought a farm and it's been an adventure ever since. We have opened our farm to others. It truly is a joy being on the farm and interacting with all the animals. Today, it is more important to be aware of how vital small family farms are in our food supply and work ethic required to live this kind of lifestyle.
