Home is 1200 square ft., 2 bedroom 2 full bathrooms. You're 28 minutes to Ft. Benning, 6 minutes to Piedmont Hospital, 8 minutes to St. Frances Hospital and 9 minutes to all downtown attractions. Convenient to the interstate

The space
There’s an amazing kitchen with coffee, tea, creamer and sugar. The living room is super inviting and comfortable. There's a huge covered patio with a fireplace, dining table. The back is surrounded by a privacy fence and feels like a little getaway all on its own. Cute front porch for morning coffee.
Just minutes from the Riverwalk and downtown.

It’s a beautiful little area smack dab in the middle of everything in Columbus, with wonderful, quirky neighbors and an unbelievable charm.

There are about 15 of us slowly renovating one property at a time, along with some exciting new development going on as well. It's an Old Mill area and charming. You can just imagine all the folks working in the old mill brick buildings back in the day. They are now renovating them into homes and offices slowly. Come visit our history.

Moments to interstate and downtown, close by the civic center and any local events you should be attending. Quick access to Ft. Benning
