The space
The suite includes most of the original rooms of the historic Cranfill Farmhouse in a quiet, uncrowded setting. Fully private - no shared areas. A private front entrance opens into the living room/bedroom with swivel rockers and a memory foam futon that converts to a small double. The well-lit office/game room sits off the entrance. The center hallway leads to the refreshment center, full bath, and King bedroom with USB-charging nightstands. The barn and original outbuildings are still standing - great for photos. It's been decades since active farm life here, so the only wildlife is the occasional rabbit or deer.

Guest access
Your reserved parking space is steps from your private front entrance. The living room/bedroom is directly inside - close the hallway door for added privacy. The office/game room is well-lit and off to the side. Straight back: refreshment center, full bath, and the King master bedroom. The futon in the LR converts to a small double, well-suited for 2 children or smaller adults.

House rules include:
Remove shoes inside to ensure clean and sanitary accommodations
No smoking/vaping or use of illegal drugs on the property. $250 fee.
No pets of any kind allowed on premises. $250 fee.
No parties or heavy drinking allowed
Unlisted guests on premises will be charged a fee of $50 per person per night.
Late check out will incur $10 fee per hour or portion thereof past 11AM. Two nights charge if late checkout goes beyond 4pm.

Guest policies that ensure a great stay:
- The booking guest must have a fully verified account (ID, Email and Phone) and register EVERY person staying at our house (https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/1175) ONLY named, registered guests are allowed on the property.
- Guests must use the Airbnb app during the check-in and for communications with host.
- If ordering food delivery, be sure to specify delivery to the front door, tip very well, and promptly dispose of used food containers.
- We request guests to limit loud activities between 10pm and 7am.
- If a you leave items behind, we will contact you for your preferred disposition and hold items for up to 48 hours, if possible. We cannot promise to hold refrigerated items.

A small town country setting with many name-brand stores and restaurants, as well as unique hometown counterparts within a mile or two. A quiet, safe place to stay while still minutes away from Winston-Salem, Greensboro and High Point attractions. If you enjoy a daily walk, the pleasant development almost directly across the street from us has lightly traveled streets and is a favorite for walkers.
