This is a very compact bedroom and bathroom (with a shower, no bathtub). It has a separate entrance and on street parking. Due to its small size, this room is only suited to people wanting to get out and explore Los Angeles and Santa Monica. This compact bedroom, bathroom in a newly remodeled home has a private entrance and street parking. The space is ideally suited for 1 person as the room and bathroom are compact with a queen bed only. If you are happy with a cosy room it does fit 2 people. Breakfast is provided on a patio under trees. We are easy walking distance to the beach, Wholefoods and Main Street restaurants, Santa Monica attractions and Santa Monica College.
If you love the outdoors, the beach is nearby, hire the Santa Monica Breeze Bikes at the bottom of our street and go for a cycle or walk down and play tennis at Marine Park.
Feel free to use our garden patio and gas fire-pit.
Interaction with guests
We live in the main house, give us a shout if you need anything :).
Other things to note
We provide home made muesli, yoghurts and fruits. Sourdough/ Danish/ French breads and cheeses for a continental breakfasts alternately with muffins.
Overly controlling Santa Monica City Council requires a permit: our permit number is 215734.
