Tony is a great conversationalist, very knowledgeable and is genuinely interested in getting to know you. His place was clean, comfortable and just as pictured/described. Tony gave us a great recommendation to a nearby pub, which was great. He was even gracious enough to allow us to wash a load of laundry so that we had clothes for the rest of our trip.

1. The host was very considerate and made very effort get me exact directions to the house and then housing my bike in his garage, which was appreciated. 2. The room and board arrangements were fine and well suited for any type of traveler. 3. He has an intense interest in the natural and cultural history of the area and seems to have knowledge early sites. That evening he showed me many of his pictures, drawing and poems.

Tony is the perfect host, charming and full of local knowledge. We had a great stay, if short. We wish we could have stayed longer! The room was clean and spacious, very convenient with its ensuite, and what makes it special is Tony's friendly chats and recommendations. We'd love to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Tony's house - he is so easy to get on with. He read us some of the poems he has written - amazing. Also a talented artist and photographer. A relaxed stay - we felt very much at home.
