The apartment is located in a listed building "Niçois" in the Port area. Very quiet, bright, air conditioned, fully equipped with a lift, it also has a small balcony overlooking a courtyard and a cellar.
Walls, ceilings, woodwork and windows (isolated), floors, bathroom and furniture are new. The appartment is 30 sqm in total. The main room has a window overlooking the courtyard, the room with its balcony are on court. The beds (140cm), a bed and a sofa bed with the same comfort as a fixed bed allow to free up space in the day. Kitchen and bathroom are equipped with quality equipments. Throughout the apartment, plenty of storage space are available.
Located geographically close to all major cultural sights of Nice (The Castle, Old Nice, Place Garibaldi, MAMAC, ...), from the apartment by foot in 2 minutes you reach the beach, walk down on the Promenade des Anglais up to the market Saleya, the old town (10 minutes).

"The neighborhood: Located in the heart of town, near the harbor, it is a very animated area. All food shops and services are located within 200 m. A supermarket is 2 mins walk, a hypermarket 10 minutes by walk. All along the street, several artisans retail all kinds of local products. As in all coastal cities, the port is the soul of the city. Here you will find among caterers and restaurants neighborhood of the real specialties of Nice. Nice, is the sea! After the Rue Bonaparte, take the average ledge direction Menton through 'La Turbie' and 'Eze village' and return by the 'Basse Corniche' seaside. The trip is fantastic ! If you do not have a car, the train is accessible 10 minutes walking from the apartment (Gare Nice-Riquier) car rental services.
Monaco, Menton, Antibes, Cannes, Grasse and its perfumes, Vallauris and its ceramics, Biot and its glass art are just as close. Nice is also a hinterland with its deep valleys and hilltop villages.
Two touristic trains: 'train des pignes' towards Digne and 'train des merveilles' towards Tende will assure to discover the hinterland."
The Guest must occupy the property personally, and be caring. All facilities & appliances are working and any complaint passed 24 hours after entering the premises will not be admitted. Repairs made necessary by the negligence or poor maintenance during the lease will be charged to the Guest.
The lessee shall ensure that the tranquility of the neighborhood is not disturbed by the fact of the lessee or his family.
The presence of animals is prohibited.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.
The number of tenants can not exceed 4.

Appartement charmant et tres bien situé . Nous avons tres bien dormi dans un calme absolu les fenetres ne donnant pas sur la rue principale .Equipement OK , manqué peut etre de petites lampes de chevet dans la chambre. De tres chouettes restaurants à proximité : L atelier du Port , Chez Pipo , Deli Bo . Tres bon contact avec Stéphane .

Very nice little apartment, with all modern conveniences, in central location near the harbour, walking distance from beaches and Vieux Nice. Owners were very helpful.
Un appartement tres joli et meublé et amenagé au mieux. Les propriétaires ont été très aimables. L'appartement est en plein centre pres du port, on peut marcher jusqu'aux plages et au Vieux Nice. Tres bien!
The flat is small, but well-equipped and fine for two people. It is within easy walking distance of the port, old town and tram, so it is easy to get about. There was a small hitch at the start, but both Stephane and Marie were helpful and I would go again.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour grâce à ce superbe appart où rien ne manque, il est meublé avec goût et matériaux de qualité. Les hôtes sont à la hauteur puisqu'ils allient ponctualité, disponibilité et discrétion. Une adresse hautement recommandée !!!
Communication was really good with Stephane, he had someone meet us at the apartment within minutes of arriving which was excellent. The apartment itself is very handy in its Location with plenty of restaurants and shopping within minutes of the door. Would highly recommend this place for anybody staying in Nice, I hope to be back next year!
