The apartment is located in a listed building "Niçois" in the Port area. Very quiet, bright, air conditioned, fully equipped with a lift, it also has a small balcony overlooking a courtyard and a cellar.
Walls, ceilings, woodwork and windows (isolated), floors, bathroom and furniture are new. The appartment is 30 sqm in total. The main room has a window overlooking the courtyard, the room with its balcony are on court. The beds (140cm), a bed and a sofa bed with the same comfort as a fixed bed allow to free up space in the day. Kitchen and bathroom are equipped with quality equipments. Throughout the apartment, plenty of storage space are available.
Located geographically close to all major cultural sights of Nice (The Castle, Old Nice, Place Garibaldi, MAMAC, ...), from the apartment by foot in 2 minutes you reach the beach, walk down on the Promenade des Anglais up to the market Saleya, the old town (10 minutes).

"The neighborhood: Located in the heart of town, near the harbor, it is a very animated area. All food shops and services are located within 200 m. A supermarket is 2 mins walk, a hypermarket 10 minutes by walk. All along the street, several artisans retail all kinds of local products. As in all coastal cities, the port is the soul of the city. Here you will find among caterers and restaurants neighborhood of the real specialties of Nice. Nice, is the sea! After the Rue Bonaparte, take the average ledge direction Menton through 'La Turbie' and 'Eze village' and return by the 'Basse Corniche' seaside. The trip is fantastic ! If you do not have a car, the train is accessible 10 minutes walking from the apartment (Gare Nice-Riquier) car rental services.
Monaco, Menton, Antibes, Cannes, Grasse and its perfumes, Vallauris and its ceramics, Biot and its glass art are just as close. Nice is also a hinterland with its deep valleys and hilltop villages.
Two touristic trains: 'train des pignes' towards Digne and 'train des merveilles' towards Tende will assure to discover the hinterland."
The Guest must occupy the property personally, and be caring. All facilities & appliances are working and any complaint passed 24 hours after entering the premises will not be admitted. Repairs made necessary by the negligence or poor maintenance during the lease will be charged to the Guest.
The lessee shall ensure that the tranquillity of the neighbourhood is not disturbed by the fact of the lessee or his family.
The presence of animals is prohibited.

« The internet access should by no mean be used for reproduction, representation, provision or communication to the public of works or objects protected by copyright or related rights, such as texts, images, photographs, musical works, audiovisual works, software and video games, without the consent of the holders of the rights provided for in books I and II of the Code of intellectual Property when such authorization is required.

We stayed at Stephane's apartment for 4 nights. The accomodation was wonderful. Very good location. Airconditioned, safe and with everything that you need. Girls, don't bring hairdryer and iron. All is there. We discovered an interesting shop for fresh pasta and amazing jamon. It is next to the appartment. The hosts adviced us few restaurants and all of them were with amazing food. About Nice in general, i can just say that it was amazing. Lots to see and very dynamic, positive and colorful city.
Go for it without second thoughts!

The apartment is as described, very spacious and in a great location. Close to bus and tram stops. Beach and the old town are a walkable distance away. We would definitely stay again.
Appartement très bien situé, très propre avec du charme. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants sympas dans la rue. Stéphane a toujours été disponible pour répondre aux questions. Nous recommandons vivement!
De verhuurder van deze accommodatie reageert snel en attent. Het appartement is exact zoals het wordt weergegeven en beschreven. De ligging is perfect ten opzichte van strand, haven, de oude stad en het openbaar vervoer. We voelden ons erg veilig en thuis in de stad en buurt.
Tip: The Travelhut, 9 Rue Gubernatis is een perfecte plek mocht je je bagage kwijt willen omdat je een avondvlucht hebt en het appartement weer verhuurd is. Op Gare Nice Ville zijn geen lockers meer vanwege de verbouwing en veiligheidsprotocol.
Perfect location for us that wants to explore more the old town and port area. The apt is very clean and the lady that met us is very helpful with the luggage and explained to us all the essentials. We love the fact that the apt includes almost everything - a hair dryer though we didn't use it, and a washing machine plus dryer if you stay for longer period. Def will come back and recommend it to families and friends.
Everything was cool: Nice apartment, good location, easy to find, not far from Port and garibaldi square, good communication with Stephane!!!
Stéphane was a great host and did everything he could to make for a pleasant stay in his apartment. His reception the day I arrived was very welcoming and when I contacted him about a small problem in the bathroom, he was there in a short time and took care of it. His apartment was very comfortable and had excellent appliances, good air conditioning and a comfortable bed and bathroom. It was quiet and I slept very well there. I loved the neighborhood and the street of the apartment. The day I left he offered to call a taxi for me and I was able to relax in the apartment until the specified time. I loved the neighborhood and the street, with many restaurants and shops. High ratings for Stéphane and his Airbnb!
