Description

Imagine yourself relaxing in this lovely private rental approximately 1 mile from downtown Healdsburg. The property has a flourishing garden available for your picking pleasure while the veggies and fruit are in season. If you are so inclined, your fresh produce can be prepared in the completely furnished kitchen and enjoyed on the outside patio tables available for your dining experience. If cooking is not your forte, the number of local restaurants feature some of the top notch chefs in the area. The downtown square is within walking or bicycling distance with two available cruisers on site for your use. The queen size bed and comfortable living room will be a welcome relief after a long day of wine tasting in the region. If you can not enjoy this wonderful area without your furry companion, this is a dog friendly studio with a large fenced area so Fido will be as comfortable as you are in your new home away from home.

If the grapes allow, the home owner would love to share a glass of wine and talk about his second generation vineyard management experience in Sonoma County. Besides the 80+ wineries in renowned Alexander, Dry Creek, and Russian River Wine Valleys, the Healdsburg community is also known for its antiques, natural beauty, and many fesitvals. Location is the key element in this getaway with San Francisco a mere 60 miles away, the Pacific Ocean a close 30 miles, and the Redwood State Park visited within 20 minutes.

Popular weekends for the cottage include Winter Wine Land, Barrel Tasting Weekends, Dry Creek Passport Weekend, Taste of Alexander Valley, and Sonoma County Harvest Fair.

Erin & Tom's cottage was a great place to stay in Healdsburg. Easy walkability to downtown and a nice bike ride to dry creek valley wine area. They were easy to communicate with for check in and helpful for tips about the area. They also have a full fenced in yard for dogs that was excellent! We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! It was close to everything and very nice. I was originally worried about the dogs but they were very calm and gave us no issues. Highly recommend

LOVED staying in Erin's cottage. Our dogs had a blast playing with Erin's dogs in their beautiful backyard. And you are only a mile away from downtown. Very quiet, very relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy cottage on a beautiful property adjacent to a vineyard. The cottage was well-equipped with anything you might need for a wine country getaway and close enough to walk or bike into the Healdsburg square area, but secluded enough to be very peaceful.

My wife and I stayed at Erin's airbnb for six days in January! The location is SE of downtown Healdsburg by about a mile and was bikeable or walkable for us (about 1 mile). We found ourselves walking or driving as it was raining half our time there. The bed, bathroom, tv, and kitchen all were as described and in good working order. You access the apartment via a gate that is part of a shared patio. There is also a more private patio/sitting area just past the apartment entrance that has an excellent view of the garden area. Erin and Tom have two dogs that were great at welcoming us home after a days on the coast or wine tasting.
