Located in a quiet neighborhood with hiking trails and forest service land nearby. We’re 8 miles from Northstar & 1 mile from the beach.
You’ll have the entire house to enjoy! There’s off street parking for at least 2 cars in the driveway. You’ll climb the covered exterior stairs to the front door. On this top level is the great room with a new blue sectional sofa & swivel chair, flat screen cable tv plus a gas fireplace (no firewood needed) & brand new wood flooring. The large kitchen features granite counters, a breakfast bar with 4 barstools and a large slab dining table. The Master Bedroom is also on this top level with a large master bathroom including large jacuzzi tub & stand up shower. There’s also a 1/2 bath on this level.
Just off the great room is a deck with electric BBQ and a cozy seating area with propane flame powered coffee table to take off the evening chill.
On the downstairs level is 2 more bedrooms: one bedroom has a queen bed with flat screen TV. The other bedroom has a queen bed plus a twin (single) bed. There’s also a bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
The garage is available for storing equipment you may bring but the garage is not available for parking vehicles.

(top floor - same floor as kitchen, dining, living room & deck) has a NEW King Size Mattress.
BEDROOM #2:
(bottom floor - same floor as 3rd bedroom , near a shared full bathroom off the hallway & washer/dryer) has a queen mattress.

(bottom floor - same floor as 2nd bedroom, near a shared full bathroom off the hallway & washer/dryer) has a queen mattress and a twin mattress.
BATHROOMS:
BATHROOM #1:
Located on the bottom floor, has a tub/shower combo. This is accessed off the hallway near both bedrooms.
BATHROOM #2:
This is a half bath located on the top floor near the kitchen. It has a toilet & sink.
BATHROOM #3:
This is a master bath / en suite that is located inside the master bedroom on the top floor. It has a large soaking tub and a separate stand alone shower.
Guest access
You’ll have access to our entire home including the rear deck which has nice forest views.

For your health & safety, our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before your arrival.

THIS HOUSE HAS STAIRS! There is a full flight of stairs on the exterior of the house that leads to the front door that’s covered by a roof. Once inside, there is a half flight of stairs to reach the top living area (kitchen / living / dining / master bedroom). From the front door, there’s also a half flight of stairs down to the bottom level where 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and a full bathroom are located. We do NOT provide safety gates for the stairs so please evaluate if this house is suitable for young children and those with mobility issues.
NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC:
We’re located in a quiet neighborhood and most of our neighbors are full time residents who don’t appreciate excessive noise. Basically, if the noise can be heard past our property line, it’s a problem, especially after 9pm.
GARAGE:
The garage is available for storage of your skis, snowboards and other toys. There’s also a ping pong table for your use that can be folded up or down.
