We had a fantastic time in Lyon - what a lovely city! Jacques and Marie were away but we were met by their good friend Farida who was very helpful and friendly. She showed us where to park, told us about the best places to eat and even helped carry bags. Thank you Farida!
The apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated. Very clean, and in a great location. We would gladly stay here again.
Although we did not get to meet Jacques and Marie, we had a lovely time in Lyon. Farida, their friend, was our contact and did everything to make sure our stay was good - she even made reservations for us at some amazing restaurants in the area. The location was fantastic in the old quarter, and the room was superb. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Jacques and Marie's friend Farida welcomed us into the apartment with open arms. The apartment was wonderfully centrally located and well equipped for our stay. Would definitely stay again when in Lyon.
Farida met us with the keys and helped us to access the apartment to unload our luggage. She was also very helpful in riding with us to show us where to refill the car with diesel. The apartment was located right in the old town, as described with great views out the window of the old town and steps. It was on a smaller street, which was fairly quiet, except for the dining/living room late into the evening because of a restaurant downstairs. To access the apartment, you used two security codes and three keys, so you really felt like you were going into a secure and valuable apartment.
About the Host, Jacques
