Description

The space

Casa Lisa is a small, of Saxons built about 100 years ago, ehemliges farmhouse in the sleepy village of Cand / Reuss village - near Sighisoara / Sighisoara. The house has been lovingly renovated by the owner and detailed work in a romantic holiday house converted country house style. The renovation was carried out exclusively by workers from the village, carried out largely with recycled old materials and methods for tradtionellen craft. After three years of construction, the small, romantic cottage can now be rented from summer 2012 for the first time. The CASA LISA is close to the entrance of the village overlooking the hills, fields and forests nearby. The beautiful, 700 square meter plot is fully fenced and extends to the rear end to a small stream. Towards the village road protected by a wooden gate in front of prying eyes. In the enclosed garden children find plenty of space to play and explore. Just steps away from the house the rolling hills of deciduous forests, fields, sheep grazing begins - peace and nature. A small staircase leads to the entrance on the south side, through which you enter the first room. Here you will find a fully equipped country kitchen with a wood stove with oven, induction hob, Kühl-/Gefrier-Kombination, sink, cabinets, etc. Through an open passage takes you right into the little dining alcove with old Saxon bench and dining table - the evening, you sit here by the open fire in the brick fireplace. From the dining room from a door leads into the bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. Upon request we provide here an extra cot in (occupied by 3 people). Also from the kitchen you enter the small, very attractive bathrooms. Instead of tiles were used river stones here, you will find a shower, toilet and wash basin. Next to the bathroom is a staircase leading into the old shed, where have you in the rain as a covered outdoor seating area outside. This area will be expanded later in the winter garden. From here you can directly enter the green garden of vines, a fruit tree, herbs, etc.
