Enter through a hidden garden filled with plants into a cute, clean, recently refurbished studio apartment. Although the house sits on a quiet street with abundant free street parking, it is within easy walking distance of craft breweries, cocktail bars, cafes, and some of San Diego's best restaurants, as well as Trolley Barn Park. We're also an easy shot to the zoo, Balboa Park museums, downtown, and the beaches.

The space
This cute, clean studio is situated one block off Adams Avenue on a quiet street corner. In the studio is a queen-sized bed, dining table and chairs, bathroom with shower, a large closet, and a kitchenette. There is plenty of space in the studio for two people. Outside is a spacious patio filled with plants.

Guest access
You will have a separate, private entrance located around the corner from the front of the house and through the private enclosed patio. The studio itself is set apart from the main house.

Other things to note
The kitchen has a sink, compact fridge, plates, silverware, coffee maker, basic utensils, and microwave oven. There is no stove, toaster or conventional oven in the studio, so if you're keen on doing a lot of cooking, it won't be possible here. We provide clean bedding and towels for every guest. Once you book, please do read the entire house manual, and if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.

There are all sorts of fun things within walking distance. Go check out Park Blvd, where there are excellent Mexican, Persian, Italian, and Thai restaurants. Trolley Barn Park is nearby. In the opposite direction down Adams Ave is Polite Provisions, Fortunate Son, Chi (pescadorian Asian), Hannah's, Tajima Ramen, Voila French Bistro, and Twiggs cafe and Hawthorne Coffee. Farther down Adams is Normal Heights, with an awesome yoga studio (pilgrimage of the heart) and other delicious restaurants and fun bars with live music. Down 30th are a string of local breweries who often have food trucks parked outside. You are walking distance from what the _San Diego Union Tribune_ calls "San Diego's Most Delicious Block."
