A bright and contemporary open plan space, my loft includes a fully equipped, newly renovated kitchen and spacious dining area. The living room features double height ceilings, designer furniture and artwork, and a substantial library of books for you to read on a quiet night in. Upstairs you’ll find a cosy sleeping area with a queen sized pillow top bed, work space, and in-suite laundry. Outside there is a lovely garden patio and BBQ area, as well as a roof top deck with gorgeous views of the Downtown area.
You will have access to the common room (directly down the hall from my unit), where you can enjoy the gymnasium or the BBQ area. Guests will also have access to the roof top deck, my favorite spot to enjoy a sunny afternoon with unobstructed 360 degree city and mountain views! Secure underground parking is also included in the fee.

My aim is to provide the convenience and amenities of a hotel with the added comfort of home living. I truly hope that my gorgeous loft will help create great memories of Vancouver for you.
I'm only a phone call or email away. If I am out of town or unavailable, a good friend of mine is in charge of meeting your every need in my absence, including key exchange, information as to things to see while in town, and additional cleanings if required. I take great pride in the space that I've built over the past year, and hope that you will love it as much as I do!

For your convenience, a grocery and a wine store are located directly across the street. Situated in a heritage designated neighborhood, this apartment is as central as it gets, and offers all the best of Vancouver steps from your door.
With a walk score of 100, a transit score of 100, and a bike score of 92, you will literally not find a place in Vancouver that's easier to get around from. Granville Street bus connections and Canada Line train station are a few blocks away. Fully integrated bike path system through out downtown. Secure underground parking included.

Check in time typically around 5:00 pm. Check out time typically around 11:00 am. My apologies... no TV available. But do you really want to be watching TV with all the beauty and excitement that Vancouver as to offer at your doorstep?
Please no smoking, and it would be greatly appreciated for shoes to be removed inside the house. :) An additional $20 will be added to the cleaning fee for guests with a pet.
