Bright and cosy apartment in Fondamenta della Misericordia, the heart of Cannaregio, one of the loveliest and most authentic neighborhoods in Venice. The apartment has a canal view and it has been recently renovated.
It's 10 minutes walking distance from the train station and 5 minutes from different public waterbus lines (Canal Grande, Murano and Burano, Marco Polo Airport)

The space
Recently renovated, the bedroom with a king size bed and the open space kitchen and living room are facing the canal, while the entrance and the bathroom are facing an inner court. The third bed is located in the living room and it's part of the sofa bed and it’s suitable for kids and only.
The apartment is situated on the first floor and it has an independent entrance. The stairs are quite steep, so it's not suitable for disabled and people with impaired mobility.
Wi-fi, air conditioning and heating are at your disposal and included in the rental.
