very clean and comfortable place when I stayed here. Thus, I want to thank Phil and Janelle hospitality. However, I had trouble finding a parking lot because there is no designated parking lot. In other words, you have to park only in visitor parking and when it is full you need to find someplace else.
My walk up to the front door at dusk was a delight as several young children greeted me with smiles and hand waves, I felt as though there was a welcoming committee greeting me! These foreign born children played with each other with a loving gentleness, I enjoyed hearing them outside my window. Once it was dark, it was very quiet.
Phil and Janelle seemed to stay out of view to give privacy. I never ran into them while I was there, but they were very responsive by text with any questions that I had.
It was close to the airport and it was an 8-10 dollar cab fee getting to the hotel that my training was held at. a great price for a simple room with a good bed, I couldn't ask for more!
Phil was very accommodating and provided bus passes for the initial arrival days which came in handy. He is also very quick at responding to all questions and concerns on airbnb. The location is very convenient and the bus service, restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. Barely saw much of Phil and Janelle but were very pleasant to talk to when we did see them.
