We stayed in Turin for 5 days in November and had the most amazing time! Agnese's apartment is stunning, sparsely but tastefully decorated with everything you need for a long or short stay. It's location is PERFECT! Right in the heart (email hidden)ly piazza bursting with restaurants and cocktail bars, and only steps away from the centre of Turin, and the Balon markets at Porta Palazzo. For anyone looking at staying in Turin this is most definitely the place to be! The kitchen was a godsend, and we made the most of it!! The apartment is surrounded by gorgeous shops and markets to get fresh produce. Concetta, Agnese's mother, met us and showed us the ropes. She was absolutely delightful; and Agnese seemed just as lovely, though sadly we were never able to meet her. This apartment is the perfect nest, especially for a young couple like us.
Abbiamo passato 5 giorni meravigliosi a Torino, durante novembre.
Agnese was a lovely host to deal with. Nothing was made complicated.
The location is brilliant as you are surrounded by great restaurants & bars with the main shopping area is only a 10 minute walk away.
We were there in August when it was very warm so struggled to sleep as there is no air com.
The reservation was canceled 5 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
I had the pleasure of renting Agnese's apartment during a long stay in Turin for work. The flat is ideally located in the vibrant Roman Quarter of Turin's historical center, in one of the city's most beautiful piazzas. While I did not get to meet Agnese in person, her mother was very welcoming and friendly, and always available if I had a question for my host. She also had stocked the apartment with everything I might need to make my stay more comfortable: extra clean sheets, towels, and even some spices and basic foodstuffs for the kitchen, as well as brochures and guidebooks to Turin were welcome amenities upon arrival. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. Large windows (as well as a pair of french windows, opening onto a little balcony) allowed for lots of natural light during the day, while curtains and blackout interior shutters allowed for privacy, quiet, and sound sleeping at night. Finally, one of the best bathrooms I've seen in any apartment in Europe; it was quite large, with a walk-in shower, washer, large basin, towel heater, etc. Could not recommend this flat more, and will be sure to stay here whenever I come to Turin.
I was in Turin for an art fair, and Agnese's flat was a perfect home from home. Being a market nut I was well served as the Porto Palazzo market is only a minute away. Turin is a lovely city - surrounded by mountains and probably with more than it's fair share of chocolate! - and we shall certainly be returning. Agnese's apartment really is right in the middle of the city and is quiet, clean, well appointented and spacious. Five stars!
I highly recommend Agnese´s apartament!. It's in a beautiful square in the heart of Turin. Fully renovated, clean, bright and very comfortable. And best of all you can walk to anywhere in the city; the area where the apartment is located is full of restaurants, bars and nice people. Agnese is the best airbnb member I've met, welcomed me into their home and she made everything I find it very easy. She is very nice, I would love to chat more with her. Besides his mother is very loving and generous, the day I returned to Madrid she took me in his car to the station. Thank you both!
It was one of the best and most magical trips I have made and I can say that I was right to choose Agnese´s house.
Ah, one more item on the generosity of Agnes! to get home, she knew it was my birthday ,gave me some beautiful flowers.
This was one of the best travel experiences we've had in a long time and Agnese and her flat was a big part of. It all worked out perfectly as originally planned and we had no surprises.
The flat is in perfect condition and it is really comfortable for a couple. More then enough room sizes to avoid feeling crammed.
The location is second to none as it is right in the center of Turin's night life as well as 1 bloc k away from Turin's (and europe's) biggest market.
All in all, a fantastic experience in a fantastic flat.
Thanks to Agense and her mom who were lovely and helpful at all times! We strongly recommend staying at Agnese's flat.
One of the best traveling experiences of my life, thanks to this fantastic apartment located in the hippest part of town. When we arrived the host's mother greeted us warmly and gave us a homemade jar of marmalade which my girlfriend and I ate within a week. You're literally a few hundred feet from the best and largest produce market in the city. The apartment overlooks the piazza Emanuele Filiberto which at night turns into one city's hippest spots to eat, drink and people watch. I highly recommend staying here.
I can comfortably say that staying in this charming place I called home for a week, was the best travel decision I have taken in a while. The apartment is located in an excellent location, overlooking a buzzing piazza, in my absolute favorite part of the city. And yet somehow inside the apartment, complete peace and quiet! Perfect combo. The little cobblestone streets below were truly magical, and it's definitely where you want to be if you're staying in Torino. Although I never got to meet Agnese personally, her personality was written all over the apartment - subtle, tasteful and artistic. Even via cyber world, she was still an excellent host. She responded immediately to all of my questions and quickly became a friend. She also made sure all the necessary amenities and more were ready upon arrival. I did, however, get to meet her lovely mother who was incredibly kind and helpful. I truly felt at home and wouldn't stay anywhere else if I went back.
