I live in the building and am here to help in any way possible during your stay. Upon booking I will send your a Rental Guide full of information on the house and the area (groceries, restaurants, etc.).
*BoCoCa is short for the Boerum Hill, Carroll Gardens, Cobble Hill area. In the heart of Brownstone Brooklyn, the area conveniently has the best restaurants, groceries and boutiques steps away on Smith Street, Court Street and Atlantic Avenue. Near Barclay Center, Brooklyn Bridge, BAM, Prospect Park and Brooklyn Museum.
Nearby neighborhoods include Brooklyn Heights, Downtown Brooklyn, Fort Green, Prospect Heights, Park Slope, Red Hook, Columbia Waterfront, Gowanus & Downtown Brooklyn.
Walk to 9 different subway lines - just 1 block from the Bergen F/G + the A-C-4-5-2-3-R are nearby – get to your destination in Manhattan from downtown to Central park in 10-25 minutes!
Call local car service w/ rides starting at $7 or hail a yellow taxi on the corner.

Monthly rentals only from 1st - 30/31st of the month from $6000 - 8000 / month (please inquire w/ dates for a rate quote). If minimim is set lower than 1 month it is because there is a shorter gap in calendar I am seeking to fill --- (AUGUST 12- SEPT 3 2015 MAY BE BOOKED NIGHTLY / WEEKLY AT THIS TIME)
Full-time furnished rental and NOT someone's home thus does NOT contain any personal clutter. It will be delivered to you spotlessly clean with empty closets plenty of room to keep your personal items.
On the second floor, up 1 flight of stairs.
Kids twin bed, baby cot and air mattress available upon request.
Landlord may ask for access to show the apartment or for repairs.
Overall this is a family friendly building. We live here ourselves and wish to keep things as low-key & safe as possible. Accordingly, we have a few basic rules:
The rental is meant for your group as detailed in your reservation. If you plan to have visitors or overnight guests at any point during your stay, please clarify that prior to booking. We like to have an idea of everyone who be in the building during your stay.
SMOKING / SMOKERS
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere in the building or on the building property, including on the terraces, in the garden, on the roof or in the front yard. If anyone in your group is a smoker please do NOT book w/ us.

Liz is a wonderful host and this is a lovely, immaculate space. My husband and our two children and I stayed here for a month while work was being done in our Brooklyn apartment. We already knew this was a wonderful neighborhood, and from the moment we moved our things in, we knew that the apartment was a wonderful place. Perfectly renovated kitchen and bathroom—huge bathroom, with washer and dryer; plenty of closets and storage space; clean, clean, clean; comfortably furnished. It's set up as a rental, so it's not filled with personal items or clutter. Liz is responsive and friendly and helpful, and if we ever have work done in our apartment again, I will immediately look to see if this space is available. We had a great month here. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious comfortable Brooklyn apartment. Our host Liz was warm and welcoming. She provided a list of local places to eat and shop for groceries which we found very helpful. The location is great, only a couple of minutes walk to Bergen street on the F line and plenty of good restaurants, coffee and ice cream shops nearby in Smith and Court streets. Some interesting clothes shops too. Brooklyn was also great for our family group which included a 2 year old. Manhatten took longer to get to but most journeys were a half hour or so depending on how far uptown you wanted to go. The street could be noisey at night. We found the apartment hot when it got into the 30s and room air conditioning not so effective as it was noisey compared to the split systems we are used to. The small terrace overlooking the garden was a bonus. Happy to recommend this for a family visiting NYC.

Well equipped, comfortable and meticulously clean on our arrival. The apartment is in a lively neighbourhood, two blocks from easy access to Manhattan by subway.
Nobody likes a toilet that doesn't flush, especially for a family of three sharing only one bathroom. Thankfully, Liz and Peter understand customer service. After a failed attempt to unclog the toilet by Peter, they called in the professional plumber. It was late, but appreciated. Liz communicated with me throughout the evening, until the problem was fixed. She even offered me a discount for the stay. Unfortunate accidents happen. Liz and Peter will go out of their way to make sure you have an enjoyable stay in their unit. I would definitely book with them again. Super convenient location. Spacious and nicely furnished. They even had a pack-n-play for our 4 month old son. Extra bonus points for being such a quick walk to Shelsky's, the best lox in town.
