This apartment is situated right in the heart of the city on a quiet street, surrounded by numerous excellent dining options and attractions. All main spots are within walking distance such as the famous Vernissage Flea Market and stunning Republic Square with its fountains and unique architecture.

The space
Apartment is located on the second floor of a historical building and offers you a unique experience of living in this amazing city.

Our guests can expect comfort and convenience. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you will need. Kitchen is always ready for Armenian dishes, such as the famous Armenian scrambled eggs with basturma:) and coffee from a jezve. There's high-speed internet to ensure a productive and pleasant working environment.

While decorating it we have tried to add personal touches and create a unique charm. Found “small treasures” at flea markets and collected works from local artists.

The balcony invites you to enjoy views of the city, where you can master your backgammon skills or simply relax with a book and a glass of wine.

We also have growing plants and they will be happy for your care :)

We'll be delighted to share our favorite places with you, including those that are off the beaten path for tourists.
