It has one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a living room with a pull-out sofa and a fully functioning and well equipped kitchen.

Interaction with Guests
The check - in procedure is simple: I will be there to welcome you, give you the keys and show you around the house a little bit, just to give you a basic idea on where's what. Also, if you have any questions then, or at any point during ur stay, I will be happy to answer them, so please feel free to ask!
There is an absolutely adorable park named 'F. Negri' just 2blocks away. Plus, there are bakeries, gyros' places, convenient stores, travel agent's office, hair salons and every kind of store anyone needs. Apart from that, there is the home of a very famous warrior during the Greek Revolution of 1821, and another home which has its walls painted with sayings of Greek philosophers! Very nice :)
The bus stop is 5’ away from the house and in about 20’ (depending on the traffic) you will be at the center (Syntagma sq). However, if you prefer the metro, you may take the bus and get to “Victoria” station, and from there u can access the center, the sights, the port, etc.
•Do not throw papers in the toilet; instead, use the bin next to it.
•When the trash is full and you wish to empty it, there are two bins on the street for this purpose. The green and greey-green ones are for the rubbish, whereas the blue ones are for recycling.
•Respect the quiet hours (phone number hidden) and 22.00 – 7.00 and keep the noise down.
•Use the screens in the windows so that flies won’t come in.
•Smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment.
•Do not open the door to strangers.
Thank you very much!
Very clean and cute apartment, and looks exactly the same as on the pictures. Tatiana was very helpful, she gave to us a few advices about city, food, shopping etc. She has in the apartment map of neighborhood and city map with metro lines. We really liked all the small details that were in the flat which made our stay pleasant and comfortable.
Tatiana was very helpful with assisting me to find the location and flexible with our checkout time. The apartment looks like the pictures, so cute and clean. My friend and I appreciated all the small details that were taken care of on our behalf, made our stay pleasant and comfortable. Tatiana was also responsive throughout our stay :)
Nice flat, very clean and had everything we needed. Tatiana met us there and had a couple of maps and a list of ideas to help us spend our time in Athens. There are supermarkets and delis nearby plus a nice square with lots of places to eat. Took us about 20-30 minutes to wander down to the area around the acropolis with lots of cool bars and restaurants. Would certainly recommend.
Tatiana's apartment was nice, clean and comfortable. Had everything needed for our stay also it was far better than it looks in pictures.
Tatiana was very nice and have given us ample information about where to visit, eat and shop. She is one of the best hosts we ever met.
We highly recommend the apartment.
Very clean and cute apartment right outside the city's tourist traps. Tatiana gave us great ideas for local fresh Greek restaurants and she was very helpful.
My experience at Tatiana's home was probably the best AirBNB experience I've had.
The apartment is accurately described and the pictures illustrate it nicely. It's a quite small apartment, yet very cozy and tastefully decorated and lighted. It is filled with carefully chosen convenient yet simple furniture, mostly from IKEA, and has been recently renovated. It's ideal for 2 people.
The neighborhood is not the best, but the work that Tatiana has put in making the apartment feel warm and welcoming makes it stand out nicely. The location is very near several trolleys (2 and 4) and buses (140) that take one to the city center or anywhere else, and there's shops nearby for everything: Restaurants, bakeries, super markets, etc. The closest train station (Viktoria) is also walking distance.
Tatiana was very welcoming and greeted us with a smile and some traditional Greek drinks. When communicating, she was very responsive all the time – before booking, after booking, and throughout my stay. She even politely handled a small screw up I made with the dates and was flexible with check-in and check-out times, which was very convenient for us.
The apartment has all the amenities you need, and then some. Air-conditioning and heating is provided (as apartments in Athens tend to be cold in winter and warm in the summer). There was also shampoo, shower gel, a washing machine with detergent, and ironing equipment provided. Of course, sheets, towels, but also a bathrobe were provided. The wireless Internet also worked great and the speed and stability was quite good, which was a requirement for me and my work.
As I stayed for an extended period of time, she arranged for the apartment to be properly cleaned throughout my stay, something that was very appreciated.

Trips had always a special place in my heart; there's nothing like traveling the world and getting to know different cultures and mentalities. This is amazing!
That is kind of the reason why I like hosting people. Because, I get a chance to make their staying as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, so that they can focus on sightseeing, having fun, relaxing or whatever is the purpose of their trip.
In my spare time I love exercising, hanging out with my friends, watching movies and reading inspirational books. One of my favorite quotes is:
"Yesterday is history, tomorrow is mystery but today is a gift. That's why they call it PRESENT..."
PS: If you are looking for a house in Greece, or if you would like to buy a property of any kind, maybe we could be of assistance to you.
