The studio is located in a beautiful ancient building just remodeled in the center of Milan, Italy. The area is BRERA, one of the the most elegant and livable areas in the city.
Brera Museum and Academy of Fine Arts is 5 minutes away walking.
Scala Theater and Duomo area is at 10 minutes walking. Via Montenapoleone, the most elegant street in the entire world, is at 10 minutes walking. The Sforza castle is at only 15 minutes walking and beautiful churches, museums and art galleries are all around.
The studio has a a kitchenette corner and a batroom with shower. It is on the last floor of the building and has a beautiful view facing west. Sunny from 12:30pm till sunset but very luminous also in the morning. Ideal for comfortable stays in this modern Italian metropolis, capital of the fashion, design, modern art and culture.
The street is a very large street, almost a square, so the view at the 5th floor is great and sun and light enter at every hour during the day. You have the sun till sunset.
The subway is at walking distance and city buses stop exactly by the address. The building is the most elegant of all the street with a spectacular entrance. San Marco Church, considered the most beautiful church in Milan after the Duomo, is in the same block. Stores and supermarkets, bars and restaurants are all around. The nightlife is one block away.
Every Monday and every Thursday a typical street-market with delicious Italian food and fresh vegetables and fruit is just there.

Nice, clean apartment in the city center. Around you can find many restaurants. Close to metro. There's no wi-fi inside, but there is in cafe downstairs. Owner is good and kind person, who could help
All in all I was very satisfied with it.
Once again a great weekend in Emanuele's nice studio!
Great flat located in one of the nicest areas in Milan. Bed is much more comfortable than it looks and there's tons of space and lots of natural light too. Thanks Emanuele.
Emanuele's place was the top as usual!
Nice studio in one of the most beautiful areas in Milano. Very good connection with public transport; near bars and restaurants.
Emanuele's place was simply perfect!
with easy accessto everything you need in the city
The apartment is located in a fantastic area and it was absolutely ideal for my trip being half way through the Stazione Garibaldi and La Scala theatre. The housekeeper was punctual in giving the key and the flat was spacious enough for a studio.
I will recommend it .
I have stayed in many different apartments in Milan over the past seven years, as I travel here for business quite often and also lived here for two years, so I have a good idea about what is available on the market and what to expect.
Thus, I am happy to say that I was extremely pleased with the hospitality afforded to me by Emanuele. The location cannot be beat. If you are visiting Milan, it is important to be right in the center of things, and Brera is one of Milan's most elegant and prestigious neighborhoods. Restaurants and upscale aperitivo places are all around the apartment, Moreover, the apartment is located in a terrific building. One of the better buildings I have stayed in.
The studio itself was clean, neat, good facilities, and bright and airy. I felt quite at home there. Getting the keys was also incredibly simple. Overall, a pleasure. I will stay there again on my next trip. Enough said!
The location was amazing. The first night we got in late and wanted to get a quick drink, luckily we were right next to an AMAZING bar that was filled with beautiful Milanese people. They played amazing music and it was absolutely packed. It may be because we were there during Fuori Salone (fashion week) but regardless it was the perfect intro to Milan. The actual apartment was pretty basic, no frills, but the location was worth it. We could walk easily to city center, we were near great shops and restaraunts in the Brera district. There was a charge for the towels, sheets, and cleaning, but there were only 2 or 3 towels, and the place wasn't really that clean. Other than that I would def stay here again.
thank you for your nice review. I live in Miami and cannot check the cleaning by the housekeeper. But Assunta, the housekeeper, lives in the building and is also the one who operates for keys, check in and out. So I recommend you next time, as well as all other renters, just to let her now if some extra cleaning is needed or you need something. She is always there. But thanks a lot also for saying you will definitively come back.
