- Bathroom (shower, toilet, sink, cabinets, dryers, washing machine). Bathroom is separated from kitchen space with huge arched glass wall, you can cover it with black curtains inside.
- Spaceous living room partly connected with kitchen (TV, sofa, bar for breakfast or working with laptop)
- Ceiling height is 3.7 m.

- the closest bar just in front of the house cocktail bar Dėvėti. Please note, that sometimes it can spread the music noise during parties
- street parking is available just in front of the house. It is usually free during the night time, but please check the city pricing written on the street signs.
