Experience the best of the city in a sensually-decorated, spacious studio that would, by today's Manhattan standards, be considered a one-bedroom. This fabulous space features a full-size bath, full kitchen, and king-sized bed. Although there is no cable (can be arranged depending on length of stay) there is a flat-screen television, dvd player, a/c, cieling fans, microwave and free wi-fi and local calls. The studio is an an elevator building with laundry in the basement.
Best of all is the location. Because it's on a "corporate" block, there's tons of activity: all the best restaurants, galleries, shopping, lounges and clubs, during the week, quiet during weekends. Close (1/2 block) to ALL major subway lines, it is a short walk to Union Square park, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe's. What more could you want?
Literally every subway line stops within one to three blocks of this neighborhood. The most convenient location ever!

This apartment is extremely charming, decorated in a very eclectic and personal style. I'd much prefer to stay in a place like this with all its character and the real NY experience than in a sterile hotel.
Location location location... So many major subway lines nearby and a lot can be done by foot.
The bed was super comfortable, the studio felt more like a one bedroom due to clever use of space. The kitchen is adequate, but who'd want to use it with so many great places nearby.
Fab was very nice to deal with, and even though she was on travel during my stay, she did everything she could to be on top communication etc in a timely manner.
I spent an amazing staying in NYC thanks to the wonderful
generosity of Fab Bliss. Her space is truly a temple and
relaxing retreat to come back to after a busy day of
taking the sites, sounds and experiences of the Big Apple.
All the arrangements went smoothly ..ie getting the
keys , and questions or issues were addressed promptly.
I had a long stay and having a laundry for clean clothes was
a big plus.
Her apartment is in a cool area of town , there are 24 hr
groceries & drugstores available and subway transportation
All and all it felt like a home away from home.
I stayed here for 4 days with my This apartment is great for a NYC short stay!!!
Nearby there are 2 really good places for breakfast (Zaro's Bread Basket and the City Bakery), and if you want good bars and restaurants, they're just a 10-minutes walk away in Chelsea and the Meatpacking District.
The apartment is a love retreat! Everything around you is relaxing and sensual: purple linens and towels, lots of cushions, a very comfortable king bed, see through curtains, candles and soft rugs. The bathroom was clean, perfectly working and well-ventilated. Although we didn't use the kitchen at all, air conditioning, WI FI, iPhone speakers and elevator were working.
The only downside was the fact that the building is old and a bit smelly in the lobby and common areas, but I kind of expect that for many places in New York City, unfortunately.
Fab was waiting for us when we arrived, very welcoming and helpful!
Fabs place is perfect for staying in NYC! I really loved the location, i could travel almost anywhere I wanted by foot. And the apartment is so nice! it has great unique design and is super cozy. I'm happy that I've chosen this place to stay, I'd love to come back someday! And Fab is a really nice person, I loved our communication, even if I hadn't a chance to meet her in person. She let us move out later and was really flexible! So there's nothing bad I can say, everything was just the best! Thank you very much! Miss your Place!
This apartment was in the perfect location! Central to literally everything - uptown, downtown, right on the subway line and walking distance to several neighborhoods.
Fab was a great host - always available within minutes for any questions we had. She recommended nearby markets, laundry, tailors, restaurants etc.. and even invited us to go out w/ her one night! :)
The place was wonderful - it was comfortable, clean, decorated tastefully and had pretty much everything we needed! The only small negative was how loud it is outside on the street at night. The windows face the street and there are endless garbage trucks, delivery trucks, construction trucks at all hours of the night! But you can easily close the windows and use the A/C unit instead and that minimizes much of the noise.
The bed was beyond comfortable and the place was cozy and spacious at the same time.
We had a great trip and would definitely stay at Fab's again!
Fab was friendly and easy to communicate with. She mailed me the keys to the apartment ahead of time and explained which ones went with which locks, though it did take me a few minutes to figure out the locks on her apartment door the first time. While there is not a lot going on in the neighborhood at night, the location is very convenient for getting to other parts of the city like Midtown or SoHo. One note about the apartment - the water in the bathroom takes a long time to get hot, so be patient with it. Also, the heat in the apartment was very strong - the windows were propped open when I got there and I left them that way.
Fab was an excellent host. Everything that you'd want from a good host, she provided: keys mailed on time, apartment spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, clean refrigerator and a communication about little details at the apartment (i.e. which key fits which lock, where's the laundry room, etc) and the neighborhood. I also appreciated a contingency plan if I locked myself out (which I've been known to do!) As my stay was in December, there was an extra blanket to make it super cozy and the apartment had plenty of heat. Also had a big ol' air conditioner for those who may stay in the summer.
Fab was very easy to work with on this as she got back to me in a reasonable amount of time to let me know I got the rental and made herself available via text and email. Overall, I would highly recommend staying at Fab's place. The Flatiron district is one of the coolest NY neighborhoods...you can't go wrong!
I was a little nervous based on the one negative review, but I honestly don't know what they were talking about. The apartment was gorgeous, clean, and an absolute joy to stay in. The pictures don't do it justice. The bed was extremely comfortable. The studio was stocked with everything I might need. Internet was slightly spotty- it worked about 90% of the time. Fab was easy to communicate with and a great host. I visit New York a few times a year and will attempt to stay here for all future visits!
Fab was a gracious helpful host. The apartment was just as she described, she was flexible about my arrival time, really considerate of my time in her apartment, even the neighbors were friendly and warm. High recommendation. The apartment was clean, there were utons of towels, anything I needed.
Fab was awesome. Very nice and easy to reach. The place was clean and comfortable. I will def stay again.
