The Space

On Laramie's east side, nestled between two parks, my three bedroom, one bath mid-century home is within walking distance to the university, restaurants, and a major grocery store. Enjoy easy access to I-80 and recreation at Happy Jack and Curt Gowdy. As an independent working professional, I will provide you plenty of privacy. Be sure to check out my guidebook for food, drink and recreation suggestions.

Pets are negotiable. Please note that I have a dog myself - a young, exceptionally friendly female cattle dog mix who will wish to make friends with you.

  • Courtney was a great host! The house was wonderful, and a perfect place to stop after a long day of driving. Courtney provides a wonderful welcome binder with details about the house and things to do in the area. If I drive through Wyoming again I will definitely stop at Courtney's again.

  • Courtney and Bob were very pleasant hosts. They even got some eggs when they discovered they ran out. They have a very cute dog that does not bark and is extremely friendly. That says a lot because we don't have a dog and don't care much for them. The property was clean. I think the mattress may be ready to be replaced, because there was a dip in the middle and we kept rolling to the middle. Otherwise, I would say this is a terrific place to stay the night in Laramie.

The neighborhood was quiet. The house was well kept, but don't be turned off by the weeds in the yard. Parking on the street was plentyful.

    Response from Courtney:

Thanks for the feedback on the mattress, Erik. I'm sorry you didn't have the most comfortable night's rest. You're actually the first guests to report that; I'll certainly look into it. Appreciate you staying with me.

  • While I was only there for one night and left early the next morning, Courtney and Bob were great hosts. Made you feel right at home. Thanks. I will plan to stay again on my next travel to Laramie.

Thanks so much, Rick. I hope you do. And I hope you get your own Airbnb listing set up in Buffalo so I can stay next time I'm in the area!

  • Courtney was so flexible with our crazy schedule. We had a nice bed to sleep in, a hot shower and cereal before we continued our driving. We were so blessed and thankful to have a nice place to stay on our long journey home. Thanks again Courtney for being so understanding and flexible.

  • It was a pleasure staying with Courtney. She had her friend Bob over and we had some great conversation about travel, jobs, school, Laramie and various other subjects. They pointed me to an excellent Thai restaurant in town and drew me a map on how to get there. Laramie is a quaint town with a college atmosphere and some cool looking shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying with Courtney and visiting Laramie.

  • Courtney's house was the perfect rest stop along my cross-country road trip. The location was great - very close to local restaurants and 5 minutes to the interstate.

The room was clean, and the full-size bed was comfortable. Though I didn't need it, I appreciated the large closet space and could see how it would be great for a longer stay.

As for Courtney, she was a fantastic host. She was quick to respond to my emails/texts and so warm and welcoming.

Thanks for one of the most restful nights of my trip!

  • We needed just exactly what Courtney offered. A comfortable, repose for late arriving guests. A breakfast and a warm ( via the internet ) welcome and send off.
Thanks Courtney for leaving the lights on and giving us the secret to get the key.

  • Courtney's home was absolutely lovely! While I only met Courtney briefly she made sure to leave a key out for me and checked in to see if I needed anything. The room was perfect, the bed was comfy, and the neighborhood was great. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone who might need a place to stay while in Laramie.

  • Since Courtney was out of town, I met with her boyfriend Bob who was quite cool. The room and the house was amazing. I think she has a good taste of decoration from What I can tell around the house.

Yes, it looks exactly like the picture. Very comfy bed! Great place to stay, hands down.

  • The lodging was most pleasant. Bob was most helpful. Once one figured out the detours due to construction in the are, getting around was no problem.
