About this listing
Beautiful, airy private bedroom! In a sleek, modern and youthful setting in the heart of it ALL!!!! You will fall in ❤. Pls note Long term rate/bookings for 32-35 days.
!!when you contact, please briefly tell me about yourself and your visit/stay, especially if you have no info on your profile or reviews!!
Large private bedroom with super-comfy firm queen bed. In spacious 1 bedroom apartment smack dab in the centre of West Hollywood. Having been an avid world traveller and an EXTENSIVE AirBnB guest for many three years with wonderful experiences with amazing people very excited to be a host now!!
There is a big closet for your use, as well as a large desk if you're particularly inclined to work ;) foregoing all the lovely enchantments of WeHo and LA... Of course there's the big bed, super comfortable and good for a couple.
I don't have TV in the apartment but you can watch stuff online on you devices. Full kitchen available for your use.
Besides your bedroom (this listing), there's a large living room setup like a studio apartment. It has a cute little dining set up and a small sitting space. The rest is sectioned off as a semi-private bedroom - I hardly use the main bedroom even when I do not have any guests. Shared bathroom with separate bath tub and shower and very large counter space with double mirrors.
I hate clutter, complications, and love minimalism in life, in general, and as well as in my living environment. I've gone for simplicity and sparseness in my decor, epitomizing the LA aesthetic. Hope you'll like it and find it both relaxing and invigorating!
In addition to the main bedroom, you have access to the common Kitchen/dining/sitting area of the living room "studio".
Between the hours of 9:30 and 7:30 am please access the living area only to enter or exit the apartment. Please plan your kitchen/dining area use with this in mind.
Interaction with guests
I'm very glad to help and get to know you and share any tips to make it a richer and more enjoyable experience ... I do work an awful lot these days - so you'll have the apt all to yourself all of the day and evening. On wknds often I try to get out of town or am out and about taking care of stuff. Best way to reach is Airbnb email msg.
WeHo!!! where the clubbing action and shopping and glitz come hand-in-hand with tranquil elegance and laid-back relaxation!!!
Close to gay and straight nightlife, restaurants, gyms (24 hr, crunch), Whole Foods and Trader Joes, and minutes away from the shopping in the world famous Melrose Avenue (or window-shopping -- that's a form of serious sightseeing!) - And all of this are a max of 15-20 minutes on foot! Also close to Beverly Hills and Hollywood on either sides .... There's a saying-- in this enormous sprawl of Los Angeles, if one says every freaking hood is max 30 mins away, they have to be from WeHo. And my apartment is pretty much at the centre of this cool and crazy, yet charming urban village!!
If you don't have a car the public transport is pretty amazing here, and the Rapid buses going up and down Santa Monica Blvd (all the way to the ocean) and Sunset Blvd have stops on my street! Extremely walkable area, and the immediate naighbourhood though close to all the entertainment is quiet and peaceful.
If you do have a car I'll get you a guest permit for street parking, which you'll need to park in this neighbourhood.

Be respectful towards my neighbours. This is a secure building in an upscale area. An occasional resident may ask if they see an unfamiliar face. If spoken to/asked who you were - please say "hi" and provide your name, and tell them you're a friend and house-guest of mine, Bír, in 104. Thanks.
Please clean up after yourself -- do not leave stuff in the kitchen sink at any time unless it really needs serious scrubbing/soaking; also, please do not leave personal belongings in common areas,

I am a respectful, responsible professional, and a serious sort of person at heart but like to have my share of fun.
I've lived in New York and San Francisco for most of my post-university life and then happened a somewhat serendipitous move to Alaska in late 2010! In July 2012 I went of on an open ended sabbatical travelling through four continents, and finally when it was time to pitch my tent, I came back to Los Angeles - which I had been in love with for years.
I love the sun and beaches and wilt away (LOL) w/o the vibrancy of citylife, but I NEED my tranquility and quiet in my indoor living environment. Please be mindful of this fact, whether you are looking to stay with as a guest, or considering hosting me when I'm travelling :)
I've had really great experiences as an AirBnB guest during my own travels. And now that I have a beautiful home here in Los Angeles/West Hollywood, I am thrilled to be a host!
I've met some amazing people via AirBnB - both people whom I've stayed with and who have been my guests - and I hope to add you to that list of Awesomes!
