Beautiful, airy private bedroom! In a sleek, modern and youthful setting in the heart of it ALL!!!! You will fall in ❤
Huge private bedroom with super-comfy firm queen bed. In freshly redone spacious 1 bedroom apartment smack dab in the centre of West Hollywood. Having been an avid world traveller and an EXTENSIVE AirBnB guest for the last three years with wonderful experiences with amazing people very excited to be a host now!!
There is a spacious closet for your use, as well as a large desk if you're particularly inclined to work ;) foregoing all the lovely enchantments of WeHo and LA... Of course there's the big bed, super comfortable and good for two people.
I don't have TV in the apartment but you can watch stuff online on you devices. Full kitchen available for your use.
Besides your bedroom (this listing), there's a large living room setup like a studio apartment. It has a cute dining set up and a small sitting space. The rest is sectioned off as a semi-private bedroom - I hardly use the main bedroom even when I do not have any guests. The "studio" is my home when I'm in town (yes, I travel a lot). Shared bathroom with separate bath tub and shower and very large counter space.
I hate clutter, complications, and love minimalism in life in general, and as well as in my living environment. I've gone for chic simplicity and sparseness in my decor, really clean modern and stylish, epitomizing the LA aesthetic. Hope you'll like it and find it both relaxing and invigorating!
In addition to the main bedroom, you have access to the common Kitchen/dining/sitting area of the living room "studio" and bathroom.
Also, between the hours of midnight and 7 am please access the living area only to enter or exit the apartment. :)
Interaction with Guests
I'm very glad to help and get to know you and share any tips to make it a richer and more enjoyable experience if I'm around,
WeHo!!! where the clubbing action and shopping and glitz come hand-in-hand with tranquil elegance and laid-back relaxation!!!
Close to gay and straight nightlife, restaurants, gyms (24 hr, crunch), Whole Foods and Trader Joes, and minutes away from the shopping in the world famous Melrose Avenue (or window-shopping -- that's a form of serious sightseeing!) - And all of this are a max of 15-20 minutes on foot! Also close to Beverly Hills and Hollywood on either sides .... There's a saying-- in this enormous sprawl of Los Angeles, if one says every freaking hood is max 30 mins away, they have to be from WeHo. And my apartment is pretty much at the centre of this cool and crazy, yet charming urban village!!
If you don't have a car the public transport is pretty amazing here, and the Rapid buses going up and down Santa Monica Blvd (all the way to the ocean) and Sunset Blvd have stops on my street! Extremely walkable area, and the immediate naighbourhood though close to all the entertainment is quiet and peaceful.
If you do have a car I'll get you a guest permit for street parking, which you'll need to park in this neighbourhood.
Other Things to Note
Please, at least, have some info on your profile and a picture of yourself and ID verification, and preferably, also some reviews either as guest or even as a host :)
There will be a cleaning fee of $15 for stays less than five and $30 for five days or longer, payable in cash.
Also please read house rules :))
500/wk for 1+ wk(s)
450/wk for 2+ wks
350/wk for 3+ wks
This is a place for quiet enjoyment and refueling! Immediate neighbours are pretty quiet as am I so please don't be excessively loud at any time and particularly after 10 PM, whether I'm around or not.
No visitors besides registered guest(s) please!
No smoking on building premises! You have to get outside on the sidewalk.
Be respectful towards my neighbours.
Please clean up after yourself, - please do not leave things in the kitchen sink at any time unless it really needs serious scrubbing/soaking (sorry, this is a really pet peeve of mine);
Finally anytime in doubt or have a question, ask call or text and I'll try my best to help.
Bir was a fantastic host. He kept in touch prior to my arrival and waited patiently for me to arrive to meet and drop off keys. He was truly hospitable and eager to make my stay pleasurable. The apartment was "as advertised" - clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I will definitely book with Bir again when i'm back in LA.
The place is immaculate, comfortable and conveniently located. Bir went out of his way to be accommodating and friendly. This is my first experience and it was great. If you can't find parking on Sweetzer, please look on Fountain, where I was always successful.
I was looking for a place to stay in LA at the last minute and Bir responded back to me immediately. Very friendly host and great location.
The reservation was canceled the day before arrival. This is an automated posting.
I stayed at Bir's place for more than two weeks, and it was a great time. Bir is extremely friendly and respectful as a host. I appreciated greatly that his place was very clean and tidy. The location is very convenient, interesting restaurants and shopping are withing walking distance. I would be very happy to stay at Bir's place again.
Bir was such a warm and inviting soul, and I mean that. He's very nice and willing to answer any and all questions you may have about the neighborhood or Los Angeles in general. He gave me my personal space when I needed it, but also was available to talk to if I needed anything.
When I stayed with him, it had been my very first day living in LA. I told him that I had been apartment hunting for a while but haven't had much luck securing a place. Without hesitation he referred me to someone to help me in my apartment search. That's something that he didn't have to do, but he just did it out of the kindness of his own heart.
As far as the actual place is concerned, it is very modern and has a nice, calm vibe. When I got there, the bed was nicely made and the bedding was very clean. The bed is also very comfortable. There is no TV, but it's not necessary and there is a good wifi connection if you want to watch Netflix or something on your laptop. You will also have full access to the kitchen and bathroom, too. The neighborhood is pretty quiet but is still close to some of the hottest nightlife in LA, with Sunset Blvd being a very short walk away. If you don't have a car (as I didn't), you'll be fine if you just want to stay relatively central. But obviously if you want to truly explore the city and go a little further out of the center, I would recommend you rent a car at least for a portion of your vacation. But I love West Hollywood and would definitely stay with Bir again!
Bir was a wonderful host. He was very sincere and welcoming. His place was clean and in a great location - just as he described it. As a first time AirBnB user I was extremely happy with my experience.

I am a respectful, responsible professional, and a serious sort of person at heart but like to have my share of fun.
I've lived in New York and San Francisco for most of my post-university life and then happened a somewhat serendipitous move to Alaska in late 2010! In July 2012 I went of on an open ended sabbatical travelling through four continents, and finally when it was time to pitch my tent, I came back to Los Angeles - which I had been in love with for years.
I love the sun and beaches and wilt away (LOL) w/o the vibrancy of citylife, but I NEED my tranquility and quiet in my indoor living environment. Please be mindful of this fact, whether you are looking to stay with as a guest, or considering hosting me when I'm travelling :)
I've had really great experiences as an AirBnB guest during my own travels. And now that I have a beautiful home here in Los Angeles/West Hollywood, I am thrilled to be a host!
I've met some amazing people via AirBnB - both people whom I've stayed with and who have been my guests - and I hope to add you to that list of Awesomes!
