Vibrant neighborhood

2 bedroom 1 bath 1920's grove cottage right in the heart of Downtown Dunedin. Walk to many restaurants, bars, breweries, a night club and a distillery. Waterfront is also walking distance for sunset. This is the front half of a duplex. We are hypo allergenic and animals are not allowed.

The space
This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath unit with a full kitchen, living room, and front porch. It is right in the heart of our vibrant downtown and so close to the waterfront for sunsets. Beaches are a short ride away and there is bike rental and The Jolly Trolley for transportation as well as uber and lyft if you do not have a vehicle.

This is the front of a duplex, it was built in the 1920's as a grove cottage for the citrus industry. It is completely separate with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a kitchen, living area, and front porch.

With downtown just a block away, it's easy to get there by foot, but golf cart and bike rentals are also available.

Spend evenings watching the sunset from the marina or make the short drive to put your toes in the sand at Honeymoon or Caladesi Island, consistently rated in the top 10 beaches. Or venture out further—the new Clearwater Ferry Water Taxi will take you to Clearwater Beach right from Dunedin’s marina. Plus, charming destinations like Palm Harbor and the authentic Greek town Tarpon Springs are just a short drive away or accessible by the Jolley Trolley and the Pinellas Trail.

Pools: Looking for a pool and a fruity drink with an umbrella? A waterfront pool and public Tiki bar (18 and up) is 1 mile away with easy access by bike or 3 minutes by car. For families; try Highlander Pool (April-Sept) and a kids' Splash Pad. All just a short 2.5 miles from our cottages. You can also purchase a day pass at the Fenway Hotel and enjoy thier amenities.
