About this listing
Great condo on the beach with balcony water/beach view. The condo has one bedroom with queen bed in bedroom and twin beds built into the wall in the hall. A futon in the living area will aid in accomodating up to six people. It has a fully equipped kitchenette. It's located minutes from downtown and within walking distance to several local attractions including the USS Lexington Museum and the Texas State Aquarium. Hurricane Alley Waterpark is located just across the highway from the condo. Check out my guidebook for a more detailed list of all your area attractions for eating, shopping and just having fun! The condo is located in a gated facility which includes a swimming pool, hot tub, laundry facility and several BBQ areas on the premises. Will consider weekly and short term rental/lease at a reduced rate.

Sharon is a good host. Condo as described, nice beach, nice location. Great affordable place to stay on the beach in CC. Thanks!
I want to say thank you to Sharon for sharing her Condo with us. Like always, we really enjoyed our stay. Can't wait till next time.
Thanks Marie! Got a coffee pot because prior guests said there wasn't one (not sure how THAT dissappeared) and now have more coffee cups! Thanks for reviews and private feed back! We can overlook things on occasion so your feedback is important. Thanks again and welcomed back anytime!
Sharon's beach side condo was absolutely lovely! We walked in for the first time, and the first thing I noticed was the wonderful smell. We walked down the hallway, where there was a cute bunk bed set up in the wall and into the living room where everything was set up beautifully and was very inviting, including the balcony, which you could see the ocean from. The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes and cooking ware that we needed for the week, the only thing missing from the kitchen was a coffee pot. The closet in the hallway had all the cleaning supplies, including a broom, mop and vacuum. There were also beach supplies in the closet, as well. The bathroom was very clean and was set up nicely with soaps to use in the shower, wash cloths and plenty of towels. There was also a medicine cabinet with a few things in it. The bedroom was probably my favorite place, the closet was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable with comfortable pillows. The whole condo flowed together very beautifully and definitely brought a relaxing feeling. Everything was beach, ocean and vacation inspired, even the dish soap. Plus, there was cable and Wi-Fi, which we didn't use a lot but was still nice to have, as well as a few movies. The only problems we had were with a few roaches and one of the night gate security guys was rude. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would vacation there again!

My family and I stayed one night of the three we had booked. We left the second night and moved to the Hyatt because roaches started coming out. I texted the host pictures of the roaches and a video and let her know that we had left and made sure everything was locked up, Sharon was nice and said "sorry, enjoy the rest of your time here and we can come to some resolution when you return home", got to the Hyatt about 2a.m. and had a great vacation from then on. Wasted about 4 hours of our vacation getting in and unpacking and then repacking, cleaning and moving to the Hyatt. Just inconvenient and not near as nice as we had expected. I should have asked for more detailed pictures of the place before we booked it, lesson learned.
About the Host, Sharon
I'm a tax accountant and owner of an income tax business. I've lived on the coast all my life and at times can take it for granted. I enjoy living near the beach and spend quite a bit of time there. I have enjoyed raising my girls (3)....my baby turned 21 this past year! I've recently had my fourth grand baby and taking in all the joy that it has brought me!
I am very diverse and enjoy a variety of activities including water skiing and knee boarding, snow skiing, body-hooping, working out (NOT - but gotta do it!), playing washers, tile rummy, frisbee golf, and recently took up the game of golf. I enjoy traveling and look forward to more adventures. My most recent was some time spent in Desin, FL. My most memorable thus far was three months in Puerto Vallarta, MX the summer of 2010.
