The space
Built in 1915 and renovated in 2019, this space features historical pre-World War I details. The property represents one of the few remaining of its type still standing in Nashville. Decorated with high-end modern interiors and equipped with everything you'll need to live like a local.

Featuring: original hardwood floors, quartz countertops, high-end fixtures and finishes, many windows with beautiful natural light, blackout wood blinds, 50" HDTVs with extensive channels in living and bedrooms, secure coded access, cookware, and luxury combed cotton-sateen linens, down-alternative duvets and pillow, and C.O. Bigelow shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Shared front-load washers and dryers in the building.
