  • The Hyde Park Bungalow was perfect for our stay. The house is well appointed in Austin, it is very easy to get to local destinations. The house is very quiet and in a nice walking neighborhood. Within a half of a mile there are restaurants, coffee shops and major grocery stores. The beds are comfortable and the porch is very nice to hang out on in the morning and evenings. The hosts are respectful and were very accommodating to the few requests that we had. I will stay here again when we are in Austin!

  • We had a wonderful time staying at this Hyde Park Bungalow during our time in Austin and would totally recommend this place to anyone visiting. Hyde Park is a nice and quiet part of town, but very close to all the sights Austin has to offer. Ananda and Dunstan were great and very nice!

  • Ananda and Dunstan are two incredible people, that gave us a great reception.
The house is amazing, a really good place to be during the SXSW festival, we're downtown is a little bit crazy, and the traffic is a mess.
Thank you guys! See you and Bo and Bela next year!

  • We, my parents, boyfriend and I, enjoyed our stay here! We were comfortable at all times. This is a very quiet neighborhood and I love the fact that there was tons of people running for exercise. It definitely got my boyfriend out there. My mom is a clean freak and was impressed on how clean it was! We did some cooking in the house and had everything we needed. Definitely will stay again.

  • We stayed at the house for a whole month and had a wonderful experience. The house is very cute and well equipped for cooking and having company. The beds are very comfortable, and there is plenty of hot water. The location is great, residential, but close to UT and downtown. We actually walked to UT everyday. We loved sitting on the front porch with a glass of wine watching the sunset.
Ananda and Dunstan were great hosts. They responded to our requests or questions right away, and had a lot of good information.
We will not hesitate to stay there again, and highly recommend the place.
    Thanks Ananda and Dunstan

  • This house is in excellent shape, the location is great if you want to experience a cool central Austin neighborhood and I would definitely recommend staying here. Good hosting with some light breakfast supplies to get us started and a bottle of wine thoughtfully left for us to enjoy on the porch. Only reason I did not give it five stars was some early morning dog noise that woke us up but I have a feeling that is not a normal occurrence.

  • A quaint little house in Hyde Park made our stay in Austin for the first Formula 1 race an absolute joy. We were three people so we each had our own bedroom and with a full kitchen we could hang around the house in the mornings rather than go out for breakfast.

The neighborhood is really nice and with only a 10 minute taxi ride downtown it's very convenient as well.

Ananda and Dunstan where perfect hosts and everything was provided to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

  • I would definitely recommend this adorable Hyde Park rental to anyone planning an Austin visit. It was super comfortable and convenient. Plus, in addition to breakfast, cookies and local craft beer, Ananda set out some great references and restaurant recommendations. We visited Easy Tiger downtown and loved it!
