Myself and three of my friends stayed at Jason's place for Labor Day weekend and we were blown away with how spacious, clean, and cozy Jason' place is. For those who want an easy location to explore Austin from, Jason's place is the spot. A short walk to the nightlife and bars on 6th street. About a 10-15 minute walk to historic Rainey Street and if you want to explore the UT campus and Texas State Capitol his place is all within walking distance. There is a great little grocery/convenient store within yards of the condo and a great coffee/bagel/beer spot as well. From the moment we booked the place, Jason was on top of communication and any questions we may have had. The check-in and check out process was as easy as can be. There was fresh linens, coffee, water, towels, and a spectacular view of downtown Austin when we arrived. We even had a few questions once we arrived and Jason responded via text in the matter of moments. I would 10 out of 10 recommend this spot to my family and friends. The only downside (I hardly consider it a downside) is at night it can get a little sketchy walking back under the I-35 overpass due to the homeless and vagrant population that live and gather in that area. The area is monitored by police and most of the time when we encountered them they were harmless. I never once felt in danger.

Jason's loft was a wonderful place to stay during our stay in Austin! Jason provided very clear instructions for check-in prior to our arrival. We also liked that the building had reserved & gated parking spaces for our vehicle. it was centrally located to the 6th street area and many other downtown Austin sites. It was only a short walk to the convention center, the capital building, & many, many restaurants. It was a perfect size for two couples & had awesome views of the downtown Austin area!

Stayed in Austin during Hurricane Harvey. The city wasn't hit very hard but it was rainy all weekend. Jason's place was the perfect place to "staycate" a bit. We watched a Ali Wong on the giant TV, ordered Torchy's Tacos to the apartment, and enjoyed view from the covered balcony. The location was perfect for us - we were able to walk to a few destinations, and most other places were within 10 minutes by Lyft. Nearby, there was a great taco spot that showed a movie in their back area during the day -Pueblo Viejo - and a tiny specialty grocery store The Bee Grocery that had coffees, pastries, and other essentials. Jason also accommodated a request to keep our bags on site for a few extra hours while we ventured out into the city making our check out infinitely easier.

Jason was a fabulous host. He was easy to reach for questions, and the apartment itself was gorgeous. I would highly recommend this space for its view of downtown and proximity to 6th and Rainey!

Three girlfriends and I stayed at Jason's for four nights in August, and had an excellent time in a comfortable and roomy space. The location is especially convenient - just about every point of interest in downtown Austin was no more than a 10-minute drive. It was just a five-minute walk to the bars and fun on Sixth Street, and less than a half mile to Rainey Street. The apartment itself was roomy and perfect for our four-person crew, with plenty of space and comfy seating to relax during down time. The beds were comfy and easily fit two fully-grown adults in each bed. The kitchen was stocked with water and coffee, with great suggestions on food by our host. Jason himself was an awesome host who communicated everything we needed to know without being invasive or overbearing.
