Getting around

There is a bus stop at the bottom of my building, and the light rail stop is a short 10 minute walk.

Other things to note

Although I have a two-night minimum listed, I can only approve a two-night stay when the calendar only allows for that. Otherwise, I generally require a three night stay. Everything is negotiable, of course.

This is a lovely place in a fun neighborhood! I was staying for a conference at the Sheraton. Walking was easy, fun evening options right nearby, and the space was WAY nicer than the a hotel. Huge windows with a view of downtown and sunset, modern furnishings, LOTS of space. Hard to choose which bedroom to stay in since they're both very nice. Has all the amenities one could look for, from Keurig to networked printer. And Jason makes it all easy.

We stayed over Easter weekend and this place was in an excellent location, was impeccably furnished and clean. Me and my husband felt very comfortable during our stay, and were shocked by the amazing view of the skyline. We would probably consider staying here again if we return to Austin (which we probably will). The only reason I gave 4/5 stars is due to construction noise (looks like they are putting in the foundation for a skyscraper of some sort? Or some type of building?) so that woke us up a couple of mornings earlier than I would have wanted to. But since it was just us we just slept in the other bedroom and it was completely fine, and quieter! Def no regrets picking this place but I guess if we had kids and needed to split bedrooms that would have been a bigger annoyance. However I think it's something you just deal with when in a big city such as Austin. You literally cannot beat this location!

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Jason's place. It was exactly as the pictures depicted. Checking in was easy, and his place was conveniently located near all the places we wanted to visit in Austin. Sixth street was walking distance which was nice. I would recommend this airbnb to anyone staying in Austin.

We loved staying at Jason's place. It was in walking distance to everything from Rainey Street to the 6th street bar scene. The place was very clean and exactly what we expected. The only downfall was the noise from construction across the street. Staying at Jason's place allowed us to have a great first trip to Austin!

First things first, I had high expectations about staying here because of the many great reviews Jason has gotten! Sure enough, it was clean, gated, with neat decor and a great location! We walked pretty much everywhere from his place so that was an awesome perk! Jason even supplied shampoo/conditioner/soap, coffee and water for us... I was not expecting that so that was really nice! We also got a list of recommended things to do which as appreciated. The worst part (and it's not enough for me to downgrade to a 4 star) was there was construction that woke me up right across the street at 7am each weekday morning but I realize that's out of Jason's control and hopefully not long term :)

Great location, nice rooms. Kitchen great to cook in. Being close to both the highway and 6th street is super convenient.

We enjoyed staying at Jason's place. It is located at a perfect location and walking distance from many cool areas. You can walk to most spots if needed too. The place was clean and had a beautiful view of Downtown Austin. We would recommend this place to others.
