Continental breakfast/pantry stocked—Nesspresso/Kurig/drip or French press coffee. Fresh herbs in garden. All linens/towels/beach stuff/bath robes/shampoos/soap/paper towels /TP provided.
The space
Stuff you need to know.
Check in/out. Check in is at 3 pm. Check out is at 10:00am. You are more than welcome to come early or stay late to hang at the beach. However, you must pack your stuff up by 10am. (you can keep it in my garage if needed). You can hang on the property or beach w/ all beach stuff up to 5pm (longer if I don't need the parking spot)....Also, you can use the main house outdoor shower and bathroom to clean up prior to your departure. Please co-ordinate this with me the night before your departure.
RATES: I DO NOT ACCEPT any 2- night reservations in July or August. The only exception would be in the case of last minute availability—which you will see on my calendar.
**Holiday weekends are a minimum 3 night stay.
CLEANING FEE IN SEASON: $70/for guests that stay for 4-7 nights. 1-3 nights cleaning fee is $25.
ALL RATES include: continental breakfast. Linens, towels, beach chairs, beach table, Easy-up shade tent, outdoor blackstone griddle.
I have 2 paddle boards. Life jackets are required by the state when using a paddle board. I have life jackets for kids and adults. Guests must sign a liability waiver before using the paddle boards.
When you arrive you will find: Shampoos/soaps/blow dryer/flat iron/curling iron etc. ask if you forget a toothbrush or razor.
Recycling is mandatory! ALL recycling must be rinse out prior to being placed into the recycling bin.
Garbage bags/paper towels/napkins and TOILET PAPER are provided. (Please ASK if you need to take a roll home with you—don't just take it)....and YES! People do take stuff home!!!!
There is a BRAND NEW large capacity LG Washer/dryer in the garage.
The guest house has an amazing professionally designed and installed sound system. Why you ask...because I'm a sound engineer.
Work out stuff: yoga mat, blocks, stretch strap, free weights and kettle balls available for use.
At this point, I hope you see the value of what I am providing. I believe a vacation should be as stress free as possible. So SERIOUSLY.....You DO NOT need to bring anything other than your clothes and sunscreen. Please note: minimizing the stuff you bring is healthier—Mentally & physically. Don't worry—I've got you covered.
COVID-19 CLEANING POLICY:
ALL SURFACES are sanitized. ALL floors are steam cleaned. All linens (including mattress and pillow protectors will be laundered after EVERY stay.
I ask that you rinse off all beach stuff/paddle boards/ and paddles after you use them. DO NOT put sandy items in the garage. (Or the guest house)
Additionally, the town requires that all items that are recycled are rinsed out and free of food debris. —this includes all beer and soda cans! Please empty your garbage and recycling prior to leaving. Place all towels in the laundry baskets. (Laundry baskets will be placed outside your door on your departure day).
As noted, the guest house is NEWLY RENOVATED. Everything is IMMACULATE!
I've been told my yard is the most beautiful yard in the neighborhood. You are 200 feet from the beach. You have the ability to cook all meals.
Continental Breakfast and stocked kitchen pantry is provided and fresh herbs are in the garden. If you would like—we will also do grocery shopping prior to your arrival. Send us a list. The cost is the price of your groceries and $20/ hour for the shopper.
As an added bonus–I am a chef. If you would like any premade to-go food, prepped food that you can easily cook or table-served dining—just ask for my menu. You can also make requests.

Laundry in garage, ocean view front yard sitting area and front porch w/fire pit at main house +….200 foot walk to a incredibly beautiful crowded beach. You can walk for miles in each direction!
Public park w/ playground/ball field, basket ball court and tennis courts is about a 5 min walk from the house.
Other things to note
Parking for all - but please park smart. Be aware that I need to accomidate 4 cars....so don't hog more then you need...even if the driveway looks empty. :) Please tell me if you have more then one car coming....I can accomidate....but I have to know in advance.
A word about the HOT TUB!
Prior to getting into the hot tub EVERYONE MUST SHOWER! No exceptions!
PLEASE———DO NOT GET SAND in the HOT TUB! Use a clean hot tub towel—NO beach towels.
NO GLASS anywhere near the hot tub!
NO small children in the hot tub.
Please TIE ALL LONG HAIR UP. Hair products create an enormous amount of foam. If the hot tub gets foamed...the water will need to be changed. IE - no hot tub until it's cleaned...
PLEASE: Please DO NOT wear your BEACH bathing suit in the HOT TUB. Bring a 2nd bathing suit (if you chose to wear one! 😉) Prior to your vist—WASH your hot tub bathing suit in PLAIN water! NO SOAP! This will greatly reduce foam in a hot tub.
PLEASE NOTE> The hot tub water is tested every day!
Please Wash your feet off in the outdoor shower or with the hose prior to going into the Guest House. (The hose is right next to the front door) Sand never feels good on your feet in the house. :) THANK YOU!
We recycle and use micro-fiber towels to conserve water.
I have a farm share at BAY END FARM. Let me know if you want any organic veggies from the farm stand.
