We really enjoyed our stay at Betsy's. She was there to greet us when we arrived, was very friendly and helpful, and showed us around. The house itself is as listed and in the photos apart from one of the living rooms which has bee newly decorated and furnished and is a lovely sitting room. The local area is very quiet and the beech is very close and very private and quiet. Thanks to Betsy for everything

Great location, spacious home and good for families. The stairs to the beach were about 100 yards away. The beach was rocky (vs sand), but the kids loved it. Great proximity to Boston, other beaches and the Carousel.

Response from Betsy:
Adventures with family can make memories that last a lifetime. Our coast has many features, some that change with seasonal ocean currents. There are many stones and sea-glass finds, among the sea shells. See our pictures for the many months with a sandy beach.

Betsy was very helpful during the booking process and she sent us good directions and information. We had a good stay and thought the nearby beach and local scenery was amazing.

Betsy and Rob welcomed us in a very nice, easy and warm manner. They gave us a tour of their beautiful and, by Dutch standards, spacious New England style beachhouse. They made us feel at home very quickly. We enjoyed a couple of relaxing days at the quit beach just a few steps away from the house. A nice home away from home for us and our two boys. We highley recommend it.

My family and I had such a great time at Betsy's house! The house was in amazing shape and just as advertised. Betsy was a great host and put up with my family with 3 small children, which is no small feat! Highly recommended house right on private beach!

We enjoyed a completely relaxing week at the beach house. The home was very well equipped and the location was perfect. The beach was just steps away. At first we would pack up supplies for the beach and after while we just took a towel because it was so close. The beach is a mix of stones in some areas and sand in others. Rock collecting was a favorite activity because of the mix of colors. Our adult children and granddaughter joined us during the week and everyone loved it. The house was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was very easy to cook in. We had a very warm week but by 5 PM every day the ocean breeze would start up fresh and cool. The neighborhood was very private but not too far from the main beach and restaurants. We found a lovely French bakery in nearby Cohasset for breakfast pastries. Every evening we would drive to the end of Hull and watch the sunset over Boston. Very peaceful. We would definitely recommend it!
