Hull is a wonderful "ocean-side gem"' just outside of Boston. Actually, it's located near Boston on the road to Cape Cod, both of which are favorite tourist destinations. You'll experience a wonderful 'island flavor' as you drive over the boulevard which connects Hull to the mainland. Nearby Gunrock Beach leads to Nantasket Beach with children flying kites, sunbathers, windsurfers and boaters.
Owner sometimes available, in separate basement apartment, to share seaside secrets on enjoying the beach and Boston.

Please no smoking inside and plan on quiet time in Family Room after 9-10PM weeknights.
Betsy was very helpful during the booking process and she sent us good directions and information.
We had a good stay and thought the nearby beach and local scenery was amazing.
Betsy and Rob welcomed us in a very nice, easy and warm manner. They gave us a tour of their beautiful and, by Dutch standards, spacious New England style beachhouse. They made us feel at home very quickly. We enjoyed a couple of relaxing days at the quit beach just a few steps away from the house. A nice home away from home for us and our two boys. We highley recommend it.
My family and I had such a great time at Betsy's house! The house was in amazing shape and just as advertised. Betsy was a great host and put up with my family with 3 small children, which is no small feat! Highly recommended house right on private beach!
We enjoyed a completely relaxing week at the beach house. The home was very well equipped and the location was perfect. The beach was just steps away. At first we would pack up supplies for the beach and after while we just took a towel because it was so close. The beach is a mix of stones in some areas and sand in others. Rock collecting was a favorite activity because of the mix of colors. Our adult children and granddaughter joined us during the week and everyone loved it.
The house was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was very easy to cook in. We had a very warm week but by 5 PM every day the ocean breeze would start up fresh and cool. The neighborhood was very private but not too far from the main beach and restaurants. We found a lovely French bakery in nearby Cohasset for breakfast pastries. Every evening we would drive to the end of Hull and watch the sunset over Boston. Very peaceful.
We would definitely recommend it!
Fantastic house and location! Home was spacious and clean. Convenient access to a semi-private secluded beach that offered breathtaking views. Five minute drive or short walk (1+ mile) into historic Hull with good dining and a much larger public beach. Easy access to transportation (rail or ferry) into Boston. Rob and Betsy were gracious hosts.
Rob and Betsy's house was exactly as presented. A lovely home in a lovely spot. Clean and well maintained. A short walk to the beach and accessible to Boston by commuter boat or train.
Betsy and Rob were ultimate hosts for their beautiful and well-appointed home, steps away from a glorious private beach. The house is lovely, with anything you may need, immaculate. Betsy and Rob stayed downstairs, but we hardly saw them. They were very responsive to anything we needed and made sure we had everything we could have needed. Lovely!
