This is a almost brand new main floor two bedroom one bath apartment. It is in a duplex with another apartment above it. There is sound deadening between the ceiling and floor above. It is located in a working class residential neighbourhood with lots of street parking, and a dedicated parking stall in the back off the alley. There is a plug in and security lighting.
Designed and built to be 100% accessible for wheelchairs and those who find stairs a problem. Comfortable with all the amenities.

The space
Modern decor, couch, table, tv, WiFi, large bathroom and shower. Your own heat/ AC control. Insta hot hot water system, never a cold shower. Stainless fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave. Along with full size front load washer and dryer. Dishes, pots and pans etc. Easy driving access south or north off the Lewvan expressway. A very nice modern, clean well thought out place accessible to everyone.

This is a working class residential neighbourhood. Quite. You can walk to a small park that has swings and water spray pool, only 2 blocks away. Also lots of ball diamonds close by.
The corner gas store 4 blocks away has cheap gas and convenience items
(Brandies on the corner of Pasqua and 4 th ave)
