The space
Each unit at 228 Spaces is freshly remodeled and measures roughly 250sqft. Units offer quartz countertops, Queen size Murphy bed to maximize space, smart TV hooked directly to ethernet and individual Wifi in each unit.

These units are perfect for short business trips, weekend stays, or long-term rentals. Ask us about multiple unit pricing for larger groups!

**TWO different layout options. Sink is either outside of bathroom in kitchenette, or in bathroom.

**Downstairs units have orange accent wall, upstairs units have blue accent wall.
