The villa is situated in a quiet area but in easy access to the beach,the town,restaurants and supermarkets.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the swimming pool and surrounding areas for sunbathing and relaxing. The outside area is suitable for eating and there are two seperate eating areas. One is under cover and protected from the sun,the other is in the open for cooler days.

Both areas are suitable for children.
The small summerhouse is great for a family get together in the evening with a glass of wine. Spanish wine is popular in the area and comes highly recommended. Want to WiFi the family back home,go ahead it is complementary.

Interaction with Guests

Your privacy is important to us,but if there is a problem or you need information on the area, the owner lives on level three and is available to ask.
A welcome pack is provided for guests to get you started...do not worry about milk,bread or your first glass of wine. Its on us.
Park you car for free in the parking spot provided. The area is safe. Brochures on local activities are in the appt.

The Neighborhood

The apartment is situated on its own terrace with private access. The property is gated for security and privacy. A car can be parked safely in the open area below the terrace. The pool is situated on the first level
and cannot be seen from the road.The apartment is twenty steps up from street level.
The neighborhood is quiet and the road is used almost entirely by local traffic.
The property faces south so there are many hours of sunshine per day to enjoy.
Bars,restaurants,supermarkets,cafes and shops are all within a five minute drive
Javea the main town is ten minutes by car
There are various beaches in the area catering for all ages.

Getting Around

Javea does not have access by train and buses only run in the summer months for tourists,so a car is necessary. Cars can be hired from the airport or from car hire firms in Javea. Prices are available online. It is best to shop around for the best deal Michael will be glad to help if any problems.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.The apartment has a no pets policy (sorry for any inconvenience but the apartment is not suitable for pets)
We respect your privacy. We want you to have fun and enjoy your time with us but just ask you to be respectful of noise levels after hours. Also as the toilets use a septic tank system we request you do not flush nappies, wipes or ladies products down the toilets
