It was one of the nicest stay. The place, the apartment and the hostvwere realy great. If I ever need to stay in Rome I certainly stay in this apartment. Thank you!
Mike was really nice to us, he was helpful to us too, gave us advice to which places we should visit in Rome. His apartment is very clean, the kitchen & the bathroom too. (y)
With max everything is perfect, you can ask anything or help with regards ur trip to rome or anything else. I am stay here for a three nights, even in the last night we have to move to another room but the quality is the same. One of the shortcomings is only the shower e.g. the water in the bathroom is not really flow, but its not a big deal as long as u can use it :) I will recommend this place if you want to visit rome.
We had a lovely stay at Max' place! Fresh croissants and coffee every morning as well as great hints and tips regarding what to see and where to eat. Very clean room and bathroom! Next time we're in Rome, we will definitely try to book at Amistad again!
Our stay was amazing from the beginning!!!
We arrived at the reception at sixbeds, had to wait some minutes and checked there in. For all of you, be aware that the doorbell of sixbeds is connected to Max's cellphone - what means, that Max can always be contacted. And whenever you need something, he responds, 24/h. That was awesome!
Our room at Amistad was cosy and absolutely nice: clean, comfortable, with a quiet window and a small balcony to a backyard, from where you could see the cupolas of Santa Maria Maggiore - and the amazing evening sky of Rome!
The room was clean: bed, floor and bathroom were cleaned every day and we felt very save.
In addition, Max has a contract with a bakery, so that we received filled croissants every morning. What an excellent breakfast in Italy!
The other guests were nice and we had the possibility to chat a little bit, but also to catch some breath after the busy days in Rome.
In the kitchen were all things we needed to cook, but also Max's advice for restaurants was helpful. We just had to tell the name of our hostelfather and heard a "Ah you come from Mister Max!" - as Max said: His name opens many doors in Rome!
No wonder: We heard, that Max is working now for 15 years in tourism, and that Sixbeds and Amistad are his own things, that he manages now for 3-4years.
In our opinion, Max's hostel is one of the best b and b in Rome, with a warm and happy athmosphere. We recommend it with the warmest words...and will be back!!
The reservation was canceled 8 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
Max is a great host, he explained where to find the best places and point them in a map. The place is Also great, clean and comfortable, very pleasant experience!! Grazie Max!
