We love tree and bird houses. So we built this lovely cottage up high among the oaks and elms and designed it to look like a bird house. With the verdant landscape, it feels like a tree house. It is located just 5 minutes from Round Top center. Listen to the rustling leaves and owls as you sleep in the romantic loft. Have your morning coffee on the deck overlooking the creek. The space
The Nest Guest House is located just behind the main house on roughly 25 acres. There are numerous tall trees around the Guest House which make it a quiet and private retreat. The property is gated at the road entrance. You will be given an access code for the front gate and for the door to the guest house. The guest house will be stocked with basic breakfast items, homemade or local pastries/jams, yogurt, fruit, granola, juice, Nespresso coffee and a Rikyu teapot. Bottled water and some snacks are also included. Guests can also pick up supplies at The Mercantile in Round Top. No smoking allowed inside or outside. No exceptions.

Guest access
Guests are free to wander around the property during the day time or swing under the large oak trees. The gravel roads are a nice place to take a walk around the ponds. It is recommended that guests wear sturdy shoes and be always vigilant for animals or snakes. Night time hiking is not recommended. Guests may also use the nearby pool, heated spa and the gas fire pit area to make s'mores or just to star gaze.
